I went in and worked with Brandon, he gave me a great advice and I am happy with my mattress. What I have to say though... While I was there a person came in asking if they can return a mattress after 5 years of purchase... I thought this is crazy, how can you even try and return something you sleep on for close to 2,000 nights?? TBH I felt bad that this nice guy Brandon had to deal with that customer.. They were rude and Brandon was so nice.. I would of lost it.. I am in sales too and if you came to me after years of using and abusing a product I would of just laughed you out.. Great job Brandon, not only for getting me a satisfying deal on the mattress but also on your Customer Service skills... you rock dude, I need to learn from you!

Highly Recommended! Brandon in sales was amazing, easy going and understanding of my needs. He helped me select the right bed, I had no idea there are so many different choices! The delivery guys were on time, and set up the adjustable frame very quickly!

Oh my ... where do I start! Thank you, thank you and one more time thank you Branon for all your help! We bought 5 sets (mattresses and box springs), bed frames and one of the adjustable beds. I could not be happier! I waited with the review because I wanted to make sure the beds he recommended for each one of us were actually the right fit . They were all delivered and installed in timely manner by two young man. Now that we slept one the beds for long enough, I can say with confidence they are the PERFECT fit for each of us! I didn't think I would care for the lights and the massage in our bed but I have to say I use it now all the time!!!! If you are in the market for a mattress or a full bed I will not hesitate to recommend BRANDON at THE MATTRESS STOP! we had the best experience ever!

I have shopped for a mattress set at a few different stores and none of the stores associates were friendly or even willing to explain different mattresses. Brandon at the Mattress Stop was not only willing to help me find the right mattress set but he also found a great financing option for me. I wish I didn't waste my time at the other places and came straight here. I will brag about this place and the sales guy to everyone! I am very satiated with the experience at the store. They also offer delivery and the two guys that delivered the set were very polite and quick.

Made the mistake of going to a competitor store first... They were clearly uninterested and offered minimal help or answers to my questions. Walked into Mattress Stop and immediately, Ryan was there to greet us and was a tremendous help! I found a great mattress, that was delivered later that day! Delivery guys were awesome as well. This store is still going strong after 31 years for a reason! Thank you all!!

Brandon is a great person, extremely accommodating, flexible, patient and knowledgeable. I have purchased mattresses from The Mattress Stop since 2004 and have always been treated with the outmost respect and care. I had an issue with a mattress and they were able to credit the amount of the mattress and allowed me to get a different one. Only had to pay the difference from the old to the new mattress. I highly recommend this store as they treat customers as family and accommodate your needs with great patience. Always get a a good deal and it feels great to be able to invest and support our local business owners.

They do have a great selection of nice new style beds. Also they deliver and take the old bed away. I've personally purchased 3 beds there in the last 15 years. The one in between was a top of the line gel type matrice, but we should have bought a king. The other day we purchased a nice king bed. The owner came down on the price which we appreciated. The owner and crew are super nice!
