No welcoming at all. I walk in no one greeted me, walk true the hold store no one ask if I need help. Good thing that the Hibbett is next door. They took my money and have more variety.

My family and I have been buying shoes from famous footwear since they open. The great thing about the store is if your size is not available in store they will order your shoes and have it delivered to your home. Great right. Best of all is the buy one get the second pair half off. Forgot to mention the rewards card major insentive, your saving will blow you away at check out. Drop buy and make your own decision .

Nice store well lite. Employees were nice & helpful. Prices are high but they do have some good sale prices as well. Selection was pretty big too.

I went into the store this morning. Eddie who I believe is the store manager was not helpful at all. He stood behind the counter the whole time and even as there was a line he didn't ring customers, he was doing paperwork. I had asked about a specific shoe and he never told me I could order it and have it delivered to my home, I called the Menifee store and they were so helpful, I will take my business there.

I love, love, love doing business with FF. 😂 They offer great discounts awesome bargains and quality products. I usually order online and when possible pickup at the store. The process easy and efficient truly painless. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. No lines, extended waiting, your product is under the counter, they clear out the order in the system give you the receipt then out the door. Did I say I love, love, love shopping at FF!!!?

The right place for comfortable walking and working shoes/ sandals at a fairly good price. Not much choices for formal party footwears. Register as a member for awesome incentives. I did !! Great location with lots of parking.
