Best place to get ure car fix they fix my 2015 dodge journey the engine spun a bearing had to get a engine swap and pepboys did not disappoint got it done and right will come back again for future work the guys their are the best .

Pep Boys changed to a tire and service shop only, so when I asked to get my brakes done and the wheel lock key wasn’t in my vehicle I asked them if they sold them and I would buy a new lug set or if they had a universal one seeing as it was after market wheels the guy quoted me $174 to break the lugs off!!!! And when I called other tire shops to see if they sold the key or set it wasn’t an issue. Every tire shop I’ve ever been to I have never in my life been told that they don’t carry a key or a set to replace. You are trying to rip people off. Do not do business here

I'm getting a five star review because I've gone to Pep Boys five times in a row for different vehicles to get tires and every single time I have had a great experience handled with professionalism and care but most of this review comes from the way the service manager took care of my vehicle and it's other issues. Johnny is a great service manager and is a great example of how business should be conducted thank you so much Johnny and the team at Pep Boys in Hemet

Horrible experience paul and chris where very unprofessional. Also the lack communication with customer aswell as among themselves. My car was returned inconplete and bigger problem then before. Pep boys wanted to keep my car and charge me an extra 2400 for their mistake. Do not waste your time here go somewhere else

I went in their and Johnny took care of me right away and happy they had my tire available, So please please purchase the road hazard warranty, cause it will save you money. Definitely lesson learned.. 😆

Johnny gave me nothing but excellent service. I called another Pepboys and they gave me nothing but issues. I called the one in Hemet and Johnny had me in and out in less than half an hour. This place is amazing mainly due to staff like him. Again, great location!

Called the store and spoke to Johnny in services to explain my dead truck situation. We were able to troubleshoot right over the phone!! It was a simple grounding issue of only having to disconnect and reconnect the battery!! Thank you so much Johnny for saving my truck, part of my life not having to deal with towing and service, and teaching me a valuable life truck repair lesson! I Schedule an appointment online and got the confirmation for 4 ( bf Goodrich ) tires Showed up 20 minutes early and ended up waiting 30 minutes in line finally got called up to the counter and was told they only had 2 of the 4 tires then tried to sell me another set of 4. For only en extra $150 plus tax 👎👎 ( what’s the point of the online ordering ) If they don’t order the tires. This was a absolute waste of time Most likely will never return
