Best auto parts store in Hemet, California (CA) 2024

I'm getting a five star review because I've gone to Pep Boys five times in a row for different vehicles to get tires and every single time I have had a great experience handled with professionalism and care but most of this review comes from the way the service manager took care of my vehicle and it's other issues. Johnny is a great service manager and is a great example of how business should be conducted thank you so much Johnny and the team at Pep Boys in Hemet ~Steven

I had a nail in my tire, stopped by on a busy Saturday. The manager attended to the counter quickly! He suggested he go out and look at my tire and verify the car really needed to be left. It was parked in the street due to overflow. Anyhow, he came out and determined he could fix ON THE SPOT! NO CHARGE!!!! He did! I will return to buy my tires when needed!! Thanks for making my Saturday America's Tire!!! ~Carol
