We have been good customers of America's Tires for many years but things have sure changed perhaps it's the quality of customer service that has changed there. I don't feel as confident to take my cars there as I used to:-(

Typically I love going to this shop for excellent service but recently I’ve had to go twice, once for myself and once for my dad. Normally I don’t feel cheated out and I get the service that I need but in recent light, I was treated by a fairly new guy named Darrin both times and I feel because I was a woman he wanted to do these weird deals. When I went into the store he told me that my tires were at a five on threads, which to me seemed weird but I went along with it. Instead of offering me the tires that I needed, he wanted to sell me a different brand due to more mileage for tires but I explained I need resistant tires for dirt road. I notice he didn’t pay attention to what I said and continued trying to sell me those tires. I blew off the deal and went to the deal for a second opinion. My tires are not at a five but instead a seven so I’m not to sure why I was lied to and honestly I’m very disappointed at Darrins service. He also made a weird deal with my dad and along with that deal, he added two extra charges of warranty and shipping and handling so I had to go back to the store to get a refund. They were giving me a hard time saying everything was correct when it really wasn’t so I had to argue what was wrong about the purchase. Overall I am very dissatisfied with how the service is recently, cheating out customers is not how you do business.

Dennis and Daniel were great. I came in to get my tpms sensors reprogrammed and he got me right in and they took care of it right away. I'll be sure to come back here for any future tire work. Thanks guys!

I had a nail in my tire, stopped by on a busy Saturday. The manager attended to the counter quickly! He suggested he go out and look at my tire and verify the car really needed to be left. It was parked in the street due to overflow. Anyhow, he came out and determined he could fix ON THE SPOT! NO CHARGE!!!! He did! I will return to buy my tires when needed!! Thanks for making my Saturday America's Tire!!!

I just sent one of my clients and longtime friends to the America's Tire Shop to get a tire repaired that had a staple in it. The shop wanted to charge her 400 plus dollars for two brand new tires and not repair the tire that I took to another reputable shop that plugged the tire for ten bucks and she was good to go. I'm really disappointed with America's Tires after giving them my business for the past 20-plus years and trying to take advantage of not only a woman but a dear friend and business associate. I will not be doing business with them anymore. I was fully embarrassed by the non-professional way my associate was treated.

Absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service!! Not only were they able to repair my tire (nail) but they neatly put away my spare tire and all the tools I had all over the back of my SUV from when I changed out the tire. Very professional crew over there!
