I typically have a great experience at this location, until I made a small purchase that didn't seem right. I normally skip the receipt, but this time I took it and checked it. I found that 20% of the purchase was added as a "donation" to KidCents. That is not a donation, that is theft. How many people have made their purchase without thinking about the money they are taking without asking their customers? Be sure to check your receipt the next time you purchase from this Rite Aid. Edit to response: I guess that's one way to double down. I have NEVER ONCE donated to KidCents and I have never seen a "YES always" option. And I am the only person who uses my phone number/membership. In conclusion, this place steals your money and then blames the customer.

I haven't been to this store for years. I went here,because I called and wanted to purchase RiteAid Gift Card (specifically to give my students a G.C. for ice cream). The employee on the phone told me they sold G.C. and the minimum purchase was $10. I looked around and found some items on sale in case they didn't have RiteAid Gift Card. Good thing I did, they didn't have the gift cards. When I went to checkout there was a customer in front of me and she told me the cashier was helping someone in the store. About a minute later the cashier came to the front. Meanwhile, customers were beginning to line up at the ice cream station. She told them she would be there soon. The cashier was very helpful because I did not have a RiteAid Member Card. So I keyed in the information and had to redo it. It didn't work the first time. Then, the cashier did whatever needed to make the transaction work. Meanwhile she called for backup at the ice cream station, without interrupting our transaction and having me wait. At no time was she aggrivated with me. I was slow in removing my items from the counter, she assisted the customer behind me at an adjacent cash register. I feel she was very professional.

So long for covid results. I need to be heading back to work asap and already been waiting 3 days for my result. For some reason they’re 3-5 days even though there are take home same day covid tests now. Just don’t see why they use a company that takes a literal week for results

Rite is a staple in our community. Customer service is usually very friendly and although they are on the higher drug store pricing scale, they carry countless supplies, some that other stores don't.

Customer service at this pharmacy is bad here. They are not helpful what so ever. If you call they leave you in hold forever. The lady that was “helping” me said they deleted my prescription because my insurance wasn’t active. They were too lazy to look into my account. I took my prescription to a different pharmacy and it was ready in no time.

Pharmacist after vaccination, "It is not my job to make sure you're informed. Don't you watch the news?" It is quite literally your job sir. That's half of your job. There's a whole "consult window" for you. Secondly, the very own Rite Aid website does not mention any new changes that match the info you assume we knew and so rudely judged us for not knowing. I can provide picture proof to any superiors.This has affected my livelihood. Not everyone is a pharmacist or does nothing but watch TV all day. Again, YOUR job description, not mine. Customers, feel free to come to this location if you want some lawsuit material (Triple checked the "news"....still not matching his statements)

This pharmacy is horrific! I have been coming here for 2 yrs simply bc it’s the closest to my house. No more! I come monthly and I have NEVER had a single script ready even when the system calls AND txt me to say it’s ready. The wait is ALWAYS over an hour, staff is rude, and when pharmacist takes breaks they have no relief pharmacist so they can’t sell or release scripts to anyone during this time! Then you have to come wait in line AGAIN for ANOTHER hour. It’s literally always always something with this place. Awful, I’m switching to another pharmacy!
