I typically have a great experience at this location, until I made a small purchase that didn't seem right. I normally skip the receipt, but this time I took it and checked it. I found that 20% of the purchase was added as a "donation" to KidCents. That is not a donation, that is theft. How many people have made their purchase without thinking about the money they are taking without asking their customers? Be sure to check your receipt the next time you purchase from this Rite Aid. Edit to response: I guess that's one way to double down. I have NEVER ONCE donated to KidCents and I have never seen a "YES always" option. And I am the only person who uses my phone number/membership. In conclusion, this place steals your money and then blames the customer. ~Zer0

My family and I have been buying shoes from famous footwear since they open. The great thing about the store is if your size is not available in store they will order your shoes and have it delivered to your home. Great right. Best of all is the buy one get the second pair half off. Forgot to mention the rewards card major insentive, your saving will blow you away at check out. Drop buy and make your own decision . ~Alma

I'm getting a five star review because I've gone to Pep Boys five times in a row for different vehicles to get tires and every single time I have had a great experience handled with professionalism and care but most of this review comes from the way the service manager took care of my vehicle and it's other issues. Came by late and was hungry. Wanted some burgers. They only had one whopper patty left. Wait...what...? Ashley was the order taker. Very polite and courteous. She explained about the patty and how she would give me the 2 for $6. That was awesome! Checked the bag before leaving and got home to eat. Chicken sandwich was good. The burger not so much. My first day getting my debit card activated they froze my account with all my funds until a mailed verification code came in mail. We were searching online for information on Beauty Rest Mattresses and found that the Matress Firm in West Hemet had them in store. Once at the store, we were greeted by Jeri where she took all of the time necessary for my wife and I to come to an informed decision. Well, I have this thing where I have an issue with substantial on-the-spot purchases and lucky for me we had a lunch date and needed to leave. Jeri couldn't have been any more understanding and we told her we would be back on Tuesday to finalize the purchase. She said although it was her day off we could come in and make the purchase with another salesperson. We had been so pleased with Jeri's knowledge and patience that we decided to meet with her when she was back at the store. We met with Jeri again and decided to that we wanted an upgrade on both the mattress and the adjustable bed frame. Jeri did an amazing job on putting a mattress package together as well as providing a very affordable price. It met or exceeded than the online packages and she could deliver EVERYTHING as soon as we wanted. Well, that was the Deal-Maker as the online stores had delivery times of 4 to 6 weeks!
