This bank is wonderful in so many ways but #1 is the customer service which is top notch. The employees are courteous friendly and so helpful, which is totally lacking in so many banking institutions these days. It's never too crowded so you can get in and out fairly quickly and they even serve coffee in their waiting area which is a nice touch. For a big bank i hope they continue to keep the small town feel and service

They get a five star because the teller guy was very reasonable an respectly gave us great service an it was hot but when you walked in to the bank it was about 75° so nice everyone was in a great mood keep it up Thank You BBVA

Went in there to open a new checking account...the place was empty....they said they were swamped...if I can come back another time....yeah right
