Bankers are unprofessional rude mis counted my money then said that's they gave me the correct when they shorted me 100 so they pretty much stole 100 from me because they can't count

Worst Service got yesterday from this branch, I was there to open my son high school account with the appointment but suffered lot, where different branch in West Hemet is doing the great job. I gave all the possible documents but the person Mr. Customer Service keep asking More and More, I explained the situation but he was not helping at all and his attitude was totally unacceptable!!! Don’t waste your time as they do require the basic customer service training and how to talk with the customer. Wasted my 2 hours and VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Been with Chase Bank ever since it was Washington mutual never had problem. I wanted to open up an account they had a problem. Never again. I think Chase Bank has gone down to the dogs especially the branch I go to.

The notary public at this bank had NO idea what she was doing. I had an out of state driver's license and I told her my situation regarding my license being renewed by the state of Ohio automatically for 90 days after the expiration date and she stated "Well our systems will tell us and we will see" even after the fact that I told her it is on the BMV website and she could check that. Also she gave ME the paperwork when HER herself should of filled out the notary paperwork!!! She stated that she was also confused by the language when the state of Hawai'i said it is standard language and she just had to fill out the paperwork. So to sum this up, was rude out of the gate, and had no idea what she was doing AND wasted not only MY time but my fiance's time as well. Next time I physically go in I am closing my account down. Even in Ohio the bank tellers inside are SO rude. They are rude as all get out NO MATTER where you GO. Tired of their b.s.

Friendly, helpful staff! Super accommodating! Exactly the way I want and expect to be treated when I walk in my bank! They directed me to the kiosk to deposit my checks instead of having to wait in the long line. Even provided us with water bottles! Appreciate you Chase!

Never again. Can't take it any longer. Worst customer service EVER!! Disabled Vet with limited/fixed income. Fees almost broke me. And no one with any business savvy to explain, to my benefit or understanding, way they wouldn't consider my circumstances, and any and all other veterans, before charging the exorbitant fees. These are the same folks that get "my" deposit up to four(4) days in advance. Trust me, they use the hell out of that deposit (and all the others) before you even get a chance to see it!! And I'm supposed to be happy they are charging me $30/mo service fee? Right!

I opened an account yesterday, and came back today to close it.... worst service i have ever experienced. These people think they're better than anybody that walks in after a hard day at work.... i rather drive 50 miles to keep going to my old bank in san Bernardino. Dee Ann and an older gentleman security were the best thing about chase in my opinion. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

People that work there are pleasant but it is obvious they are under extreme pressure. Telling is the lack of service, the shortage of employees, especially tellers. Waits are long, results are unsatisfactory and the kowtowing to the mystical main office is obvious. Top down mentality is joke in corporate America today. I will be switching banks.
