My first day getting my debit card activated they froze my account with all my funds until a mailed verification code came in mail. I have kids, I can't put gas in my car for a week now!? 5hrs on the phone told me NOPE! Me and my needs are not important nor is holding my money without cause... Citi bank... More like Shiti bank

Biggest complaint is the amount of withdrawl and deposit ATMs and branches are far & in-between to find for when something does go wrong and one can't mobile deposit etc like lose there card. Nearest branch only in Hemet is pretty extreme

This is one of the worst banks in all of Hemet. I came to cash out a check and it took two hours and thirty minutes. They only have two people working the registers. Luisa Marroquine is the worst employee at this bank she is so unprofesional and racist especially towards Mexicans. I am still in the bank waiting to cash out my check.

The girls at this branch don't have a clue what they are doing and or just lazy and treat people like they are stupid. I had a returned check from a customer that was sent back from my back. On the check itself it says this is a certified copy and can be used the exact way of the original check would be used. This isn't new to me, when checks come back before going after the customer I go to the bank that's issued the check so I can check funds and cash the check through the customers bank. Well the girls here argued with me saying they can not cash this check. Try to make me feel stupid even though I've done this many times. Went to the different branch and had no issues, they said they don't understand why the other bank wouldn't do it.

Do not patronize Citibank. They are like a thief in the night and will steal you blind daily in all kinds of various fees. Do not open an business checking account and do yourself a favor go anywhere but to Citibank. If they were a person and not an entity they would be prosecuted for theft in a heartbeat
