I needed several documents downloaded and printed and required help. I called this FedEx location (72nd St and N. Oak Trwy) and they told me to come to their store and they would help me. I'm old and do not know how to do these type things, and was very stressed out and confused. So I went to FedEx and was greeted by a very nice and patient lady named Autumn. She helped me get my documents downloaded and forwarded to their office so she could print them. I had to go back home and retrieve a few other documents to have printed and when I went back to FedEx, another very kind lady named Rosa printed and gave me my documents. The cost was minimal and I got exactly what I needed. THANK YOU to Autumn, Rosa and Bree for their OUTSTANDING customer service and support!!! I give them 10 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ They made a very stressful situation for me turn into complete relief and total satisfaction! I highly recommend this FedEx location for all your printing and shipping needs ♡ GREAT PEOPLE WORK HERE!!! ♡

Always mediocre to poor service here due to high employee turnover. There are always different people when I come in and a major reason I try not to use FedEx. Even when dropping off an item for a vendor that requires nothing other than the QR or print out they said they couldn't help me. Should probably pay your workers more so they stay and retain experience.

So I have used this place many times for self printing documents. They normally have 2 machines but 1 is currently out of service. There was a line so it took forever. I went to the counter and asked if they could print for the amount of the self service. Over all not happy with my experience.

Poor service. Refused to give me a pre-paid and completed print order unless I waited in their line of people out the door who were shipping, which takes them a significant amount of time per customer. I would have waited at least 30 min for them to hand me a completed document which typically takes less than 30 seconds. I can assure you I won’t be using this location again for my regular business printing needs.

I spend $360 for an international package! $200 dollars more than USPS! However, the employees know nothing about international service policy, my package got stuck at custom, and I was told package can’t be delivered and I need to pay another $300 to get it shipped back to me! Never come back again!

I shipped a package to the Philippines and have had NOTHING but problems with the service. When I shipped the package from their office I had all kinds of documentation for customs but the employee said that I did not need any of that. She proceeded to fill out an invoice by hand and left out items and also did NOT itemize the prices ( only listing the complete cost). So now my package has been at its destination for a week and every day I get a request for more information about the items in my package. Every day it takes to process this package it is costing more and more money for "warehousing fees" . I'm up to about $300 USD cost to ship this package now not counting the amount the customs authority will add for taxes/duties for a package under 5 lbs and about the size of a board game. I will never EVER use Fedex again. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this incompetence again.

Tried to use overnight service to mail tax forms to the Internal Revenue Service in Austin Texas. The customer service agent asked for ID, email and phone number for tracking information. After I provided my information and recited address from the IRS website, he then states they would need a street address to deliver the envelope. This was a waste of my time when it’s clearly possible to deliver through other carriers, not sure why FedEx would be an exception.

First time dealing with this store. Even though I was a bit grumpy from pain and the fact that the company I was returning a product to had canceled their shipment barcode. That had nothing to do with FedEx butI was still a bit irritated and snippy They handled my package very professionally and I will definitely return for shipping in the future. Kudos to all the employees at this location.

In the past when I have been in there they had been more worries about working with people that called them instead of the customers in the store but today was the worse. I sent them my order via email like I have done many times. This man couldn't find the order and even remarked he didn't like their new email filling system. Then the phone rang and he immediately answered it and left waiting at the counter. I had already told him I was in a hurry but he totally ignored me and went to working with the person on the phone looking over I believe their order. The lady that was working stood by the printer and totally ignored the situation until I turned around to walk out. She asked at that time if she could help and then suggested I take a printer card and print my own copies. The original person didn't even acknowledge there was an issue. I will never go there again. They are more interested in phone calls and phone business than their walk in business. I'd hate to see what they would do if you called them then came in to get your order. I guess you better give them an hour of your time to help you because they will not help you in person only on the phone.

I had a pretty good experience here. The people I dealt with seemed friendly and were able to take care of my passport photo needs that I couldn't get assistance with at across the street at CVS. The first take of my photo were a bit too large, making me have to get them redone, but when I came in to get them redone, they promptly handled it with no hassle, retook my photo, got it to fit as the right size and had no troubles with doing that. They didn't need my receipt, nor did they try to make me pay again, they just quickly retook and reprinted the photo. It helped I was only a mile away at the post office getting my passport taken care of with no line there, but still they made it an easy process of fixing a simple mistake. We're all human, we all make errors sometimes, it's how they handle fixing things that makes all the difference to me.
