If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to love this store and their employees, but since the new owners took over its literally the worst UPS store in the KC metro area. I emailed in one form I needed printed off like I have a million times before. When I went to pick it up 2 days later the man (with a very strong accent) told me that sometimes things get deleted and it's hard for them to memorize everything that comes through. He never offered for me to email it again (while I stood there) so he could print it off real quick for me, but instead told me to do it online so I could pay first. Ya....you can't even keep track of your emails, like I'm gonna pay first. He was condescending. I said I'll just go to another ups store. He said okay have a good day. This store is incompetent at best. Rude at worst. It's worth the drive to go to another store.

The new owners had ruined this loactions reputation. From trying to overcharge customers, to denying amazons no box or label return policy. The UPS higher ups need to crack down on the this branch for their negligence and sneaky business tactics.

HORRIBLE! My Company ships from here regularly-BUT NOT AFTER TODAY. Prior to the current ownership this UPS store used to have good service and diligent employees, ever since the new owners took over, the service is very slow, the clerks are very rude, and they routinely upcharge or overcharge for shipments - Choose a different UPS Store or better yet, SHIP FEDEX!

This store is understaffed in the worst way, the line is always ridiculously long and the staff is rarely friendly and always slow. I just realized there are Access Points in Blue Springs. I'll go to other locations from now on.

I also have been going to this store for years. I always loved the staff, convenient location, very helpful and friendly. However it seems the store is under new ownership and they must’ve gotten rid of all the former employees which is a shame. Now, the service is extremely slow. I came in to this location on a Sunday. Only one person was working, there was a line and the man working didn’t even acknowledge any of us standing there waiting. He was slow, almost rude. He slurped his drink while helping the man in front of me. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will not come back to this location.

I have been going to this store for years. The new management / ownership has me making a change. The last few times that I went in for service, I was treated rudely and the assistance I received was less than stellar. Today however sealed the deal. I will not return. The individual whom helped ( I use this term loosely) my wife was horrible. His demeanor was downright sexist and rude. His lack of customer service and just general human decency is concerning. Horrible customer service, taking advantage of customers making an Amazon return difficult when that's probably the easiest thing they do. He questioned the email from Amazon on the return, questioned her about why the background was a different color (dark mode on the phone) and was generally accusatory of everything. Worst service here ever. Will be finding a new location for copies, shipping and returns.

This store seems to have a recent owner change. First experience - hey, everyone is new. Second experience - one gentleman is vehemently arguing with a customer with a continued 1/2 apology and justification. During this time 2 others were being mildly snarky to each other in the background. Ok, everyone has a bad day. Third experience? I’m going to another UPS store.

This store used to be wonderful! You can tell by the previous glowing reviews but it has recently changed in ownership. The new owners have all new staff and they treat their customers the worst out of any shipping location I have ever been, including the post office and that should tell you something. I went in to send a return, I had everything needed to make it quick and painless. The cashier behaved like scanning my return label was the most painful thing she had ever done and treated me with disdain and disgust. Very rude and condescending for something that was quick and easy, and what they are in the business of doing - shipping packages. I recommend going anywhere else but here until either this location gets new owners or they train their staff.

Have been going to this UPS store for years and service has always been fantastic. Now under new ownership and the last few months, the service, prices and overall maintenance of store is absolutely terrible in comparison to what it used to be. Most Employees are rude and unhelpful, and service is EXTREMELY slow. The store is in disarray, and not kept clean much unlike with previous owners, and the prices seem to be much more than before. I took a picture from my visit today, floor is dirty and boxes stacked sky high… it was never like this before. I overheard an employee tell the woman in line in front of me, it would be 21$ to send her small non-expedited package, to Sedalia. She asked if there was anything cheaper, bc that’s really expensive to send this small package, no rush to Sedalia, employee told her it would be 20$ is cheapest. After she put up a bit of an argument, rightfully so, he told her he “found” an 11$ option. Take of that what you will, it just seems like all around bad business and management practices. I’m going to find another UPS store.

Don’t like to give bad review but after this encounter I must. Been using this store for years. Their staff used to be so wonderful, friendly and helpful. New ownership and staff are so rude, and unhelpful. Went in to ship something with an UPS account like I always have, and they refused to do it. The store is a mess and smells like cigarettes. The guy at the counter was nasty to me. It’s sad to see such a good business go downhill 😩
