Registered mail is marked as delivered (got Amazon msg) but the mailbox is empty!!! Try calling these people 🤣🤣🤣! You'd probably hit the powerball jackpot more often than you get professional service starting with delivery (I can prove that!!) Continuing with finding their phone number (1800#??) Seriously?? You have to be as lucky to catch the postmaster 🤣🤣 doing something else besides sitting at his important desk. Oh, make sure you bring your husband or any adult male, because PM has a big problem with "you're just a woman". Getting him to track my mail was impossible because he wanted information that I didn't have. China cheap bargain addresses have po boxes, or container addresses. He is an embarrassment to the postal service and company. We have had so many issues with the mail over the last 28 years, it seems that the more technology and easier tracking systems = the manual labor part is despised by some people who think they're entitled to a paycheck. We've all heard about mail delivery people who had a basement full of stolen/undelivered mail. 🤔🤔🤔 If anyone ever moves to the 65583/65584/65473 area get a po box or something, so you can bust them while you're there in case your mail is wrong, missing, ripped open, tampered with, or what ever else is wrong with it. I've been dealing with them for so long, I'm thinking about getting a po box. Sad, but true. I'm so fed up with this 😩

Shelly/Shelley is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I've spent years in customer service, where you're supposed to resolve problems. Shelly decided to be a sarcastic, rude, condescending "Negative Nancy" when I was finally contacted about an issue regarding a package. She proceeded to belittle me and tell me the address that was put on my package was incorrect. However, that is literally how the address is stated on my lease so obviously it's not incorrect. Especially considering I've received packages through USPS with that address before. She kept saying it was scanned in at the front desk of my location, since that's what the GPS on the carrier's scanner said at the time of scanning, which was a blatant lie. Luckily, one of the nearby businesses I had contacted on the OTHER SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE found the package I had asked about earlier. They were more help than Shelly. Shelly does not deserve a job here or in any customer service position if she thinks it's funny to be rude and ignorant instead of actually staying calm, polite, and trying to solve issues. And if you're reading this Shelly, just know that being rude to PAYING customers just because you're Gen X or older does not make you better than anyone. It makes you just as bad as the worst customer, I hope your pillows are always the wrong temperature from now on. <3

Ryan at ft lronard wood MO never wears a mask even though it is required to wear a mask on the federal installation. I have filed ICE complaints and even addressed it with him today and he says "my mask is on the back and just smiles when I say that I'm not comfortable with him not wearing one and he is supposed to wear one".

Every time I call there it's a lady called Shelly answering the phone and I ask her one question she always has an attitude and dismisses everything I ask. I asked about a package and she didn't even check or look into it she just rushed me off the phone saying it was scanned wrong... she didn't ask what package it was she didn't even seem to care so there ya have it... this was the second time speaking to her. The first time we fell into an argument about why I didn't receive a package I understand that it was because my last name was not in the mailbox but she could have said it or explained it better for me or at least a little nicer. I work in customer service and I treat people how I want to be treated. As a customer I never gave her attitude i was asking very nicely about my package and boom again with the attitude from her and trying to rush me off the phone in which case I reacted. I understand maybe she's going through a hard time the first time or maybe even had a bad day,, but the second time i call she had the same attitude which leads me to believe her customer service skills are not great...

Multiple packages have arrived damaged, broken, and delayed despite the services purchased at the kiosks. Employees neglect to ask if the buyer needs additional insurance on items. Boxes have been misdelivered, or "delivered" (but not actually delivered). Sad to see vintage chinaware broken despite the boxes riddled with "FRAGILE - GLASS" written. But to paraphrase the note says from the post master on one of my boxes, "We get you said it was fragile but we have so many boxes we chose to be fast instead of careful" Good job USPS you dropped the ball on this one.

Mail was delivered to a local hotel, package sent back and delayed over a week. Very little help. Now today my mailbox mail is delivered but the packages won't be delivered because the apartment complex office isn't open. If I lived in a single house I would get my packages delivered on a Saturday but because I live in a complex the usps expects them to complete the delivery. And even though I have left a message in the box that only mail with my last name is to be derived I keep getting multiple former tenets mail.

They couldn’t pick the phone up to save their life! They sometimes keep the phone off the hook so they get no calls. They’ve also been no help in trying to find my package that i paid $500 for. They just keep saying “arriving late” after i paid for 2-day shipping 2 weeks ago🤔

The USPS is the worst when it comes to reliability. Not once have I received a package or delivered on time. No wonder why you are going out of business. Good riddence! Use ups when you can!

If you can avoid having your mail sent to this place, for your own sake do it. The employees and supervisors here have terrible attitudes and are downright rude. It has taken us months to have our mail forwarded correctly on their mistake and they were very unhelpful on this issue. I had the last straw with them when my MIL sent us a time sensitive package via UPS. It had $100 worth of steaks in them that was delivered at 1:12 P.M. I checked our mail at 4:30 P.M. that day in hopes that it would be there, but it wasn't. The next morning at 8:30 A.M. I begged a worker to go check and see if it was there. By that time the steaks were completely ruined and had to be thrown away. We collaborated with UPS and they said that USPS should be held responsible for failing to deliver the package on time. When I spoke with the supervisor about this issue he was immediately yelling at me while I remained calm. He said that any packages that get delivered after 9:30 A.M. don't get sorted out until the NEXT MORNING. He told me that it was something I needed to take up with UPS. I simply stated that that is a completely ineffective system and the customer service was horrid. Just another 1-star review to add to this collection!
