I went into the store yesterday august 26th 2022 around lunch time. There was a young lady black hair and young boy pretty short. There was a older lady as well in a manager shirt doing nothing. The younger lady was running the entire kitchen and the boy was talking lobby orders. I heard the younger lady ask the older lady which I think I heard her say Maria if she’d come up and she didn’t. I don’t understand how a manager who gets paid more than crew does less. It was ridiculous. My granddaughter who I was visiting is a regular and says the younger and older lady is usually here and the older lady never does anything it’s always the younger lady running around. I feel really bad for this girl and young boy considering they don’t look over the age 16. Food was great and was received fast even though they were super busy and only two people were really running the show.

Went to this location to get the 2 for 10 deal. I'm vegetarian and this is one of the only places I can get a good deal on good food. This is the first location that refused to let me upgrade my order. We waited about 15 minutes to get the order. They somehow made the burger upside down and the fries were placed upside down in the bag so that you couldnt take the fry container out without dumping them. The soda had no syrup. The fries had no salt. Vegetarian options: They have the impossible burger.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No where near "fast" food. I've gone through the drive through on two different occasions and been the only vehicle there and been told "be with you in a minute" over the intercom. The first time I had to sit and wait ten minutes just to order and another 15-20 to wait for food. The second time I was there literally just for 2 drinks. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come back to the intercom before I just left. Whoever is running this Burger King either needs to properly staff it or shut the place down if they can't operate a business. Don't waste your time here.

Ordered breakfast and waited 30-40 mins which I wouldn’t mind if my girlfriend didn’t have an interview. All the work is mostly done by one cook who was very nice and trying to make the best out of what she could. Manager was just moving around in the back not helping the other 2 employees. Food was good just needs better management, more staff.

My wife went through the drive through and drove 8 minutes home. I’m that time everything in the bags were cold. When I called and spoke to the manager he said everything was made fresh. After telling him I go through the drive through regularly and when I have the fresh fries I can’t eat them until I get home because of how hot they are. So how are they cold? He then said well I don’t know about the fries. So sir, was everything made fresh or do you not know? He then told me there was nothing he could do. We spent over 20$ for cold food Edit: I went back through the drive through had amazing service. I spoke with the GM and she went above and beyond. The GM actively reads reviews and works to correct the problems appropriately. All of my food was fresh and service was fast, all before they even knew I was in the return customer book (I think that’s what it’s called).

Had a very nice bacon cheese burger from the Value menue and diet Coke for $4. The facilities included an electronic game center, at no cost all In a newish style building. It made for a nice late evening small meal. Kid-friendliness: Good kids electronics.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. For months my husband and I have attempted to eat here and we’re always told their system is down, or they have no food because it’s frozen. How do you not have food because you need to thaw it at 1130 in the afternoon and during dinner time?! This Burger King has the worst service I’ve ever seen. No one should come here. It’s always a mess and the workers are lazy and rude. I’ve complained to cooperate before and nothing was done. I received a survey instead asking me how I enjoyed my meal and how the woman from corporate responded. What meal?! I could never order one. Clearly she didn’t review my complaint. My husband and I are extremely disgusted with this Burger King.

Absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever experienced. The food is absolutely horrendous and the service is even worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I will say the little old German lady Maria always does a fantastic job. She is only exception though.

I'm sorry to say. I went to drive thru I was the only vehicle there waited about 5 minutes then the woman said over the intercom be right with you in a minute...so it's been like 15 minutes no other vehicle drove up the drive thru...I drove off! I think this is the worst BK ever. Will not be going there anymore. On Fort Leonard Wood on post has a better and faster service!

Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. Pictured was my grandmother's meal, which she couldn't even eat given how awful it looks. I got two plain chicken sandwiches myself, which thankfully were not as greasy or messy, and so I considered them at least... editable. However, I ended up getting food poisoning. Please avoid this Burger King at ALL COSTS.
