Good staff and good food

I go here later at night sometimes. It’s the only Subway I know of in the area that stays open til 10pm. But if you go at 8 or 8:30 they have been putting all the chairs up on the table so you can’t sit down, recently. I get that it’s late and they want a jump start on cleaning so they can leave asap when they close, but they could leave some of the chairs down. Make a few tables in the front accessible and put the chairs up on the ones in the back. At the very least, you’d think they could wait til 9 or 9:30 to do it. I think they’re just trying to get people to not come in there at night because they’re lazy and rude. You’d think the owners would want their store actually fully open til 10 if that’s what their hours are. I like my subway sandwiches hot. I refuse to eat at any subway that doesn’t allow you to eat inside while the sandwich is hot and fresh.

Subs were delicious and the 2 girls were pleasant and efficient. Especially since it was super hot in there. They need a raise for working in that heat.

I am here alot and each visit is always positive. I and my family enjoy the pizza subs. Each visit we get fast and friendly service and accurate orders each time! We've started using the app and I would recommend it also, it has discounts and rewards. Thank you!!

I don’t understand why every time I order online at this location they’ve never even started it when I come in to get it. The last 4 times it has happened. Today I overheard one of them say “when did that come in” I really don’t understand. When I go in and get my food made inside they are extremely rude every time and you can clearly see they don’t want to be there. Wish the owners would do something about this location since every review seems to be the same about them. I think I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

This has to be the worst food ive ever ordered from subway. They didnt even want to make our sandwiches which we arrived at 730pm they close at 8. Here is a pizza that i ordered. Dont you put all meat cheese and veggies on before you cook it. Well apprently not at this subway. Very disappointing

Went to Subway in Bonne Terre Missouri and had horrible service and the girls that work there do nothing but play on their phones and smokes back three as well. They were so rude when I was ordering and the manager is full on rude and racist. I do not recommend going their if you do not want great service for your food.

I totally recommend this Subway. I experience was good and fast during Covid-19. These 3 workers know how to do there job and get it do e QUICK. Good job SUBWAY.

The ladies were extremely polite when preparing my families subs. They made them right and the food was good. As I was getting my drink, after my family had gone to get a table, I overheard them talking very rudly about us.

The store was clean and the food was great, but the service there was absolutely terrible. I am not sure what the guy and girls name are that worked tonight at 7:50 pm but as soon as they got my order the girl started talking under her breath about me. They not only talked about me, but my boyfriend and another customer that walked in as they put our sandwiches together. I have never seen such terrible customer service, all they were worried about was getting back to whatever they were doing in the back. This was my first and last time here.
