Zero stars. Wanted to buy a sausage mc muffin Wanted to use the code for a free one as well Bought a number 5. When we told them we wanted to BUY another McMuffin, they said no, we got a free one and we can't buy any other sandwiches. I wish I could make this up! We go there enough the receipt is addressed to us. Never again. Franchise owner couldn't pay me enough to take down this review. They don't want your money. Roberto the manager said so, so I won't give them anymore. Total joke of a crew. Minimum wage is overpayment for those money turning away "employees".

This is the best McDonalds around! The food is hot and ready to go. If you wanted to customize your order they actually listen to the customers and do what they asked. The food literally comes out looking like the pictures on the menu. The staff is super friendly and actually greet you. This McDonalds is 15mins away from my house. I will gladly drive out of my way to this location! I have never had bad or cold food here. On a completely unrelated note as a dasher... McDonalds has the easiest system for dash orders! Kudos to you. The drink is included in the to go box, it is rarely wrong, and you make it so much easier for people that dash. There are not a ton of bags. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

First, I've not had a bad experience here. Whilst primarily visiting the drive-thru, on occasion I will go inside. For going here for over 20 years and not having a standout negative experience says something for yet another McDonald's. I did notice that the prices here are a tad higher, but that could be due to the franchisee and/or maybe the different sales tax for Claycomo, MO. But I prefer an order properly made for a slightly higher price over a sloppy order at a slightly lower price. The food is precisely what you'd expect from any McDonald's - and again, that says something. McDonald's is know for having the exact expectations regardless of being in Claycomo, MO... or Tokyo, Japan. And this restaurant made the mark. For now, this is my McDonald's of choice.

Update: did curbside again. Waited 30+ min this time after checking in. Once our order was shoved into our hands the employee literally ran away. We were missing a whole meal. I tried to go inside but all the doors were locked despite dining room hours saying they were open. I went to another door, it was also locked so I had to beat on the door and wait for someone to serve 2 more cars in the drive thru before coming to see what I needed. When the employee finally came to the door he tried to dismiss me saying the dining in was closed. I had to yell after him that I was missing food in my order. Mind you the drive thru line was 6+ cars long and I had already waited for an order I had already paid for. The food was brought to me and only a small half hearted whisper of an apology was given. Understaffed? I can be understanding and patient. The food was awful, tasted like it had sat for a very long time. Everything was cold. No one wants cold McDonald's fries. I tried to give this place a second chance. I'm done. Did curbside, took over 15 min to get my order after checking in. All the food was cold, the app says they don't start preparing the order until you arrive. It tasted like they got the order ready ahead of my arrival. It was not good. This place used to be better. Hopefully it was just an off night.

Definitely the most consistent one I have been too, never too crazy busy at night, mornings are off and on busy but I think the food is always fresh and made to order. My order was completely wrong. My Mcdouble that was supposed to be a double cheeseburger was caked in salt and pepper. Ive called the store 5 times with no answer. Just left from there... This is horrible horrible food
