Let me start by saying the staff was amazing! When did McDonald's install automated order takers? My order was wrong and in talking to the staff, they said that multiple orders are misinterpreted daily. I cannot imagine this would save McDonald's much money if they have to keep remaking orders? There's something to be said for human contact. I will stick with the McDonald's that offers human interaction!

First time I used drive thru that didn't have human taking my order and of course it wasn't correct. I didn't feel like arguing with a machine as the car in front of me took forever trying to get his order correct. We could have went to a sit down restaurant for what it costs for McDonald's now.

For a quick breakfast on the run it was great. We both had the Sausage McMuffin w/egg, hash browns and she had OJ and I had the Caramel Ice Coffee. Very filling and cooked perfect.

There was a line of cars at the drive through who all got food but when I got there, even though I had waited for 4 cars in front of me, they all of a sudden were closed. Then I got yelled at by an employee when I tried to ask about it

Always check your bag! Sadly certain shifts take better pride in their work than others... it's not even them being short staffed that bothers me it's the lack of effort to still be kind to the customers that understand and go out of our way to show kindness to them to hopefully let them know they ARE APPRECIATED!

I used to work there and I was fired for telling management that they need to go back to management school because she has no ideas how to run a business. And if you ever went in there and saw me working as hard as I could to see how to give costumer happy and now you don't no more and you. It because I was trying to make Gladstone McDonald's a better place for you to enjoy. So if you seen me in there before and you want me back please get of Jim or the supervisor Melissa at Jim's management and let them know that you want Michael p. There food is always good but I do not know what is up with night staff. It takes forever to get your food. I've had to sit there before for a large sweet tea for like 5 minutes while they talked.
