I really wanted subway and this location was the closest. I went in at 6:58 pm and I was greeted by a very very rude older lady who obviously hates her job and she said "do you have a remote order?" And I replied "no." And she said "I am only doing remote orders, I'm closing" while she was making sandwiches. Nothing is put away, she did not seem to be closing, and I said ok so you can't just make me a sandwich, she said again "I'm only doing remote orders" so I said "so I can just order online right now?" And she said "ugh I guess" she really made me feel like an inconvenience to even be there. I work in food as well and if I am going to be closing over 3 hours early, which I never would be I would at least lock the door. As they have a parking space outside for online orders and you text them when you are there. It's not a huge deal at this point. She was just so rude and angry and I'm sorry she must have been having a bad day. I work in food like I said but I never take out my bad day on the customer. She should be happy she was getting to close 3 hours early bc she "didn't have a closer" bc at my job if I didn't have a closer i would be closing my store and I wouldn't be doing it 3 hours early like she did and I wouldn't be mad at the customer I would be upset at the employee who failed to show up. I will not be back to this location bc reading the reviews I see alot of complaints about a snobby rude old lady that I assume is the same women so she's obviously rude all the time and my experience had nothing to do with her situation this night .

They have their ups and downs. Today the bread was so old and over-cooked it was like eating dead skin. I really wanted to get some cookies with my food but I could tell all the cookies were old and hard just from looking at them.

Been here twice. The workers are all new and both times mildly messed up my order.

Employees seams like on drugs made first sandwich on too the second one no ingredients left kept looking for some green pepper couldn't find it turned around walked out

The bread was hard as a rock. If I dropped it, would've sparked when it hit the floor. They had no fountain drinks because apparently they can't keep their CO2 refilled. I used to work at Subway when I was in high school. I know what the corporate standards used to be. It's up to the franchise owner to hold those standards up. The store is not meeting standards. I got my food as an online order so unfortunately I didn't notice that it was a piece of fossilized bread until I got home. Good news is there's a lot of Subways around here so I never have to go here again.

Lady at the register had a to go order. I waited for 15 minutes, which would've taken her less time to make my ONE sandwich, than it did for her to make 5 sandwiches. Oh, and you can't use the bathroom here. Apparently, one of their employees locked the key to the bathroom inside the bathroom. Which begs the question why they're locking the bathroom in the first place. If your time is valuable and prefer quality customer service, avoid this location.

Just got a footling from this location. Flies were landing on all the food and the work staff just swatting them away with their hands that the flies landed on as well. I got my sandwich toasted, but when she grabbed for the tray to toast it, she dropped it and picked it up off the dirty floor and used it to toast my sandwich. Completely disgusting and violating SOOOOO many health codes!! Do NOT go to this location!!!

literally go make your own sandwich if you go here at the wrong time. The lady at the counter was unbelievably unaware we can see exactly what she's doing with my sandwich.

Incompetent staff. Made my online order 15 minutes before arriving. After I arrived I had to stand around and wait while the "sandwich artist" spent 10 minutes talking on her cell phone before coming up to start making my sandwich. They ran out of fresh mozzarella. They did not say anything until the sandwich was done and then refused to replace the cheese I paid for with other cheese because I should have said something before they wrapped it up. They did not understand why I found that statement to be ridiculous...because they hadn't said a word about the cheese until it was too late to fix it. The sandwich was inedible and I didnt have time left in my break to go anywhere else. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
