Best fast food restaurant in Gladstone, Missouri (MO) 2024

Delicious taco bell food! The location is a little worn but otherwise good. The food was prepared well and fast. They took my order and got my food out efficiently. I'm not sure what is in all the ingredients but seems like some gluten free options depending on what's in the meat etc. Traffic on north oak is a little much but the parking lot had plenty of space. ~Leah

I used to work there and I was fired for telling management that they need to go back to management school because she has no ideas how to run a business. And if you ever went in there and saw me working as hard as I could to see how to give costumer happy and now you don't no more and you. It because I was trying to make Gladstone McDonald's a better place for you to enjoy. So if you seen me in there before and you want me back please get of Jim or the supervisor Melissa at Jim's management and let them know that you want Michael p. I'm not sure what has happened here. This used to be one of the better Subway locations. I see from the other reviews that there are other complaints about quality of the food. I went in this evening to get sandwiches for my three kids and myself. The man working was very short with the woman working. As they started making the sandwiches it appeared that they were using fewer slices of meat than usual. When we got to the third sandwich and I asked for bacon, egg and cheese for my son, the man said it was only for morning sandwiches. This has never been the case at this location or others. I opted to leave and went to the location in Walmart a mile or so north of this location. They were happy to make the sandwiches requested. ~johnathan

I really wanted subway and this location was the closest. I went in at 6:58 pm and I was greeted by a very very rude older lady who obviously hates her job and she said "do you have a remote order?" And I replied "no." And she said "I am only doing remote orders, I'm closing" while she was making sandwiches. Nothing is put away, she did not seem to be closing, and I said ok so you can't just make me a sandwich, she said again "I'm only doing remote orders" so I said "so I can just order online right now?" And she said "ugh I guess" she really made me feel like an inconvenience to even be there. I work in food as well and if I am going to be closing over 3 hours early, which I never would be I would at least lock the door. As they have a parking space outside for online orders and you text them when you are there. It's not a huge deal at this point. She was just so rude and angry and I'm sorry she must have been having a bad day. I work in food like I said but I never take out my bad day on the customer. She should be happy she was getting to close 3 hours early bc she "didn't have a closer" bc at my job if I didn't have a closer i would be closing my store and I wouldn't be doing it 3 hours early like she did and I wouldn't be mad at the customer I would be upset at the employee who failed to show up. I will not be back to this location bc reading the reviews I see alot of complaints about a snobby rude old lady that I assume is the same women so she's obviously rude all the time and my experience had nothing to do with her situation this night . ~Dani
