Their biscuits and gravy use to be southern style but the ones they have now are disgusting. I use to go there all the time but not anymore and their portions are small compared to Elmer's or Dennys.

A decent Pacific Northwest "better than" Denny's style eatery. The waitress disliked her work, but it was barely noticeable. She wasn't disrespectful at all. Rather, she had an IDGAF attitude that made me loathe and adore her at the same time.

It occurred to me soon after sitting down that the "hostess" who cordially seated me (very) soon came back to take my order. As I waited for my food, which not incidentally came very quickly, it occurred to me this same young man, named Eric, was not just the hostess and server - he was busing his tables too. As I told him, I've seen servers just waiting for 2-3 tables offer much poorer service, and they had busers and hostesses helping them. He was doing it all - he was doing it calmly - and he was doing a great job. In the age of COVID, staff shortages have become the norm, and I know of entire swaths of restaurants that have closed their in-house seating, not because of the pandemic, but because they can' hire any help. This trend is impacting every industry too, from Airlines to Zoos, and typically our service suffers as a result. And then we have Eric, doing 3, maybe 4 jobs; all with great speed and a smile on his face. My only advice to Shari's is to pay people like Eric at least double the hourly rate you pay him now since you're asking him to do the work of 3-4 people. If you don't, you can bet he will soon get scooped up by some other employer that sees his true worth. Oh yeah, and the food was great too...

We are again disappointed in the quality of food coming from the Wilsonville Shari's. We just got our food delivery and not only are we missing small items, like caramel and syrup for French toast, but the food is of very poor quality. My Tillamook burger, minus the sauce and added bacon. Look at the picture, the lettuce is slimy and hardly anything. The bun is completely burnt, the frys are soggy as well as the bun. What a waste of money. Edit: And, after eating it, I realized it wasn't even cooked all the way. This is happening too many times of late. We may be done with Shari's.

The worst Sharis i have ever been to. They were out of basically everything beside burgers and pancakes. The pancakes were so thick and bland tasting as well as mushy. There hashbrowns tastes like mold. The server forgot our food and drink order. I would strongly recommend eating elsewhere or stay at home.

Great place to grab a bite. Place was short staffed. Our server was the manager at the time. She was quite the character. Made my girlfriend and I laugh and feel comfortable. If anyone deserved some rest and relaxation, it would be her. We always love going here and will keep doing so as long as we can.

Very kind staff, lost a sentiment keychain and they had found it and kept it for me until i came back looking. Eric was our server and was very courteous, had a great meal. Quick to help us, and food was out quick. Good meal overall, thank you!

The only thing is that sometimes it takes awhile to get your food but it's worth the wait. Finally, if you're not pleased with something, they are very good about replacing a food item or giving you credit on your bill. This policy is important if you're a picky eater. Enjoy myself every time!

The biscuit was soggy, clearly heated in the microwave. The nachos were stale and the pork on it looked green. The baked potato was half cooked, and the steak we ordered medium was almost burnt and way over cooked. I would never eat here again.
