Literally just amazing, kind workers, a very nice and enjoyable atmosphere. My heart warms everytime i come there because i feel welcomed no matter who i am or what i’m wearing. Love this place!

I was standing in line and the gentleman behind the counter Cody was assisting an elderly couple. His professionalism, and customer service was top notch. Definitely left a great impression.

I've been coming to this station since it opened and overall have had a good experience. Lately I've noticed a lowering of standards at the pumps i.e. no washer fluid in the tubs, overflowing garbage cans, no ribbon for receipts. I usually use the store early in the morning on the way to work, around 0530. Every time there is the same homeless looking guy standing out front smoking or inside hanging around the coffee machines. Sometimes he has a couple of derelict looking buddies with him. Not a good look for a respectable business.

Honestly, the food here is amazing. Always fresh, and just tastes so good, I don't know how else to describe it. Coffee machines are the latest and greatest, also tastes very good. And the employees are all very wonderful. I have never had a bad experience here, and I live less than 10 minutes away, so I Kum here a lot (hehe, jk). My point is that for people just passing through who might have had one bad experience, I can say that there are way more good experiences to be had here. Everyone is so nice and bright. Whenever there are a lot of people inside, the employees are always very quick to attend to everyone fast and efficiently.

I've gone here three times and every time I go inside there has been something that the staff has done that has made me upset or question the validity of their service. Last week I went in, and was standing in line to check out. There was a small line forming behind me, with one person in front of me already checking out. One of the other workers came up to help check (ok.... that's the reason they get a 2 instead of a 1) and there was another man who I assume knew the cashier who came up. He walked right up to the counter, knowing full well there was a line, and the cashier helped him instead. And then she tried to joke around with me like it was no big deal and then got upset with me when I wouldn't joke around with her and after I told her I wouldn't because I was cut in line. I'm sorry.... learn some better customer service. That's all.

What an experience! I will never stop there again! Went in to buy a diet Coke. Had a sign on the display stating a promotional offer. I got a Coke, went up to the counter and asked if this particular Coke was on sale. The cashier didn't know, he asked the 'lady' that was working there. She states a totally different promotion and I say no, that's not the one. She says "let me finish!" I did say something back and had a choice word for her. There is no reason to be rude to customers, even ones that don't read the fine print. But she stated she hadn't changed the sign out and wasn't doing her job. I understand I didn't read the fine print, but that was no reason for it to take that tone with me. I called the store manager and she said she would look into it. Hopefully this is not just a passing complaint and they remove that person from the front counter and put her someplace else. And before, she was with a different customer and said "have a good day, don't get arrested!" Definitely not the best customer service or friendly attitude.
