order take long time when store is empty. three vehicles being me waiting got their order. I had to go inside after 20 minutes. she brought it out once I got inside.

I was going to leave a few more stars because "oh maybe they're understaffed, and the cashier seemed to be struggling to understand English, so that's why it took 10 minutes to get my food." But as I opened up Maps, I looked over at the counter and the staff was literally playing Uno AT the register with tiny uno cards, when the trashcans are near overflowing.

Waited for about 20 minutes for our food while they took care of doordash first, and then only when I asked again. we got our food it was warm, almost cold.

After waiting on food for 15 minutes I asked why it was taking so long seeing as how there was almost no one else there. The food was just sitting there and by the time I got it, it was cold. Now as i sit here eating, the trash is overflowing out of both trash can as the staff is playing tiny uno up front by the register.

Food is good, they close the drive thru really early. And sometimes the employees are not the nicest when you have long orders.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo through the drive thru. I was told to pull up and wait for someone to bring my food out. I heard the drive thru worker walk by my vehicle and complain outloud how many more vehicles they have in the drive thru line. Unprofessional. The sandwich I got was extremely greasy like it was soaked in the fryer.

When 5 others from my Section and I went to get some breakfast for a squad breakfast. The manager was very rude. She would also leave the register for long periods of time and even if people walked out she would stay doing whatever she wants. No one stayed in one spot or in there “area” which is unsanitary. Like how the manager goes to make food with no gloves and come back to the register. I wanted just a coffee and orange juice however never got it due to the fact i waited 5-8 min at the register. So i sat with my squad as they ate. POOR STAFF!!! Need better management. This isn’t the first time she’s been This rude.

Worst service I’ve ever had this place is straight up trash and I don’t recommend it at all. I’m about to be a full on Karin with this place. Even the Manager needs to find a new job. I think Fort Leonard Wood needs to replace this place with a McDonald’s.

Really enjoy coming here, i love BK. Always consistent, good and fresh. Fries are always slightly undercooked so request for them to be recooked. Either way, great selection, decent pricing, and fast service. I enjoy the Bacon King w chicken nuggets. The nuggets ARE crispy, and very good! Highly recommend.

Incredibly slow. Drive through gets frequently shut down because they are lazy/slow. Very poorly managed. Their inventory control is pathetic as they are constantly out of different products. Does not open on time. I feel like this particular Burger King is only still in business because being on-post creates a monopoly of sorts. They’d never survive with decent competition. The last straw: found a long hair in my burger (to be fair this is likely a supply issue and not due to the incompetent management)
