Best auto repair shop in Gladstone, Missouri (MO) 2024

I have to say this is definitely the best auto shop in the North land area hands down. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about their skill set. The turnaround was quick and their customer service is amazing. They actually took the time to walk down each and every detail of everything that they did. 7:30 am this morning at Excelsior Springs Vic was very friendly, inviting. His I-pad show they had 9 tires the size I needed, but visual confirmation show they only had one. Bought that one to quickly replace trouble tire from the day before. No more flats today. About 8:30 am after arriving at nursing home to visit hubby called the store on north Antioch in Gladstone. Kelley washer you helpful. Went over in the afternoon for the other tire. Will return Friday for two new ones on back of van. ~Phebe
