Best beauty supply store in Gladstone, Missouri (MO) 2025

Horrible customer service. I walk in and both employees are standing at the door and say nothing to me as I walk by, they just stare at and whisper something to each other. As people walk in behind me, they are all greeted by these same employees. As I'm shopping I'm hearing one of these same employees at the checkout greet each customer with a "hello, how are you?" or "hello, did you find everything you need?" Then when done, they say, "Thank you, have a nice day." When I go to checkout the same employee doesn't say a word to me as she's ringing up my items. So I say how are you doing? She says fine, thanks. When done, again, she just hands me my receipt without saying a word. I feel like they were discriminating against me for some reason and acting like I was going to steal something from the store. I'm actually an Engineer with a Master's degree and 6 figure salary so don't always judge a book by it's cover. I won't be coming back to this store due to their suspect behavior and will instead shop at one of the other Dollar General stores on North Oak Trafficway. Their employees are much friendlier and don't discriminate like the ones at this location do. ~The

I would give a negative star if it existedThe pharmacy on Antioch Rd Gladstone is totally incompetent. I requested refills to be made for a medication that I was running out of. They had a full week to get it taken care of. I went by today and they had nothing but excuses as to why they did not get it filled. I will never do business with this pharmacy again. And they would not even advance me a couple of doses to get me by until Monday when they could get it done! Horrible customer service and no effort or desire to care. They are putting my health at risk!!! ~Terri
