The experience i had a few days ago with Papa John's on Gladstone was HORRIBLE and the employees did not even give me a receipt and i spent nearly 70 dollars the only thing that was decent was the breadsticks i even called corporate and i have not even heard back from them which that is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE i would never recommend that Papa's John's no one i give that store and Corporate office a Negative 1 Corporate office is not on there Business to me at all they definitely lost me as a customer

I orderd as a walk in the staff was shaking and moving more motivated than I have seen a group work in a long time it was refreshing. I ordered the 12in cheese sticks and they were perfect even with the hurried pace my order was great!

Dear Papa John's please read this; if you want to keep your customers. I wanted to place an order for a small cheese pizza, no big deal. Well first off a person answers that can't speak English, that is an issue. Second, she kept trying to upsell me, after I clearly and politely told her all I wanted was a small cheese pizza. I cancelled my order, because she clearly didn't understand that. I still like your pizza, but your customer service SUCKS. So apparently it is a waste of time to write reviews, they don't read them. Completely done with this business. Nothing changed, still have to order in India to get a pizza in America. Screw that

We got the works pizza but when I picked up my slice it flopped back into the box. I bit into it and realized the crust was not cooked. I called the store to ask how I needed to cook it since the crust was dough and the lady said she needed to ask her manager. I was on hold for 5min then she came back saying there were instructions on the box. It's the reheat instructions, but before I could say anything else she put me on hold for 7min before I hung up. I think she meant to hang up on me but hit the wrong button. I'm very disappointed with this store. I wanted a quick meal for my family that I didn't have to spend time preparing but now I have to turn on my oven to cook a pizza that's supposed to be ready to eat.

Ordered a pizza at 6:01 said arriving in 74 to 84 minutes. One hour and 50 minutes after ordering my pizza shows up via DoorDash completely cold. Used their pizza tracker and watched it sit in the store for about 10 minutes after is cooked waiting to be picked up . Not ordering from here again

The delivery lady was amazing. She was upbeat and had a can do attitude. The only thing that could have been better is the website. Its not much of a user interface.

This location is my favorite for pick up of the 3 or more in my general area. They're fast and efficient and friendly. I haven't had a problem with this location and we order here often. We like the garlic crust as an added flavor boost. The parking lot has limited spots but there's always a few spots close to the door. They do make gluten free which is an added bonus.

I hadn't been to Papa John's for the better part of 18 years, because every time I ordered a pizza I ordered it with extra cheese. We decided to try the Papadilla and we loved it. The first two times there was extra cheese like we ordered. The last four haven't even though we ordered it. Even though we love the Papadilla, we won't be back. Maybe in 18 years. I just want it the way I want it. Went back again tonight. Probably be the last. Just can't seem to get something as easy as making a pizza right. Tonight again barely any cheese on our Papadillas, even though we ordered extra cheese. Then to get them home and be almost no cheese. I'm tired, I'm done. Zero stars
