Gas fill up was great. But as I stop to use the restroom, I noticed a line of about 7 people, waiting to cash out. Hire another person. ~Joseph

I'm not sure what the problem is at this particular Speedway. I guess like everybody in these times they are understaffed. The side where the chips and snacks are usually seems okay and stocked, but on the side where the slurpee machines are, the machines are either low and not working or they have signs on them saying the machine is out of order. The roller grill is hit or miss, and a lot of times they are out of cheese, chili, buns or other things. Most of the employees here are friendly and efficient, but there are a few employees that I have heard on the clock, in uniform, and behind the counter just dropping f-bombs and other language that really is not appropriate when you are supposedly at work. ~Shannon

Stopped here for gas after a drive around Lake Erie. They was better priced than Port Clinton, or the gas station right off the turnpike. There is a Walmart right there as well. ~Brian

My prescription was sent in weeks ago and have not been filled. They claim they contact when ready but never contacted. I went to pick up today and ask about them and they needed 4 hours. I Call 4 hours later, not ready. Said give them 10 minutes. I call 30 minutes later before wasting a trip there. They then tell me they need multiple more hours unless I want to go sit in there and wait for 20 minutes. Then the employee hung up on me. I understand being short staffed, so I was patient the last couple of weeks and patient the last 4 hours. But to be pushed out more and Being treated rudely on the phone and hung up on… ridiculous. ~Arielle

The pharmacy staff are amazing, especially Presley... she remembers me every time. The store is always clean and staff is helpful. ~Julie

Wish i could give them 0 stars. Similar to the other story on here, my husband was told that he would pay $55 per month for 10 months for his CPAP. We paid that for three months and then in January we changed insurance providers. Then the price went up to $75.83 per month. They were actually billing the integrated humidifier/heater separately for $17, just to cheat us out of more money. When the 10th month came they kept billing us for the integrated humidifier/heater. Even worse my husband has called them no less than 6 times asking for an explanation, and they do not return calls. Please, don't do business here, you may never get their hooks out of you. Unethical, dishonest, poor customer treatment.. ~Linda
