My prescription was sent in weeks ago and have not been filled. They claim they contact when ready but never contacted. I went to pick up today and ask about them and they needed 4 hours. I Call 4 hours later, not ready. Said give them 10 minutes. I call 30 minutes later before wasting a trip there. They then tell me they need multiple more hours unless I want to go sit in there and wait for 20 minutes. Then the employee hung up on me. I understand being short staffed, so I was patient the last couple of weeks and patient the last 4 hours. But to be pushed out more and Being treated rudely on the phone and hung up on… ridiculous.

I would give a zero or negative rating if possible. I had to switch all of our prescriptions over from Walmart to CVS due to our insurance and it has been an aggravating experience. ALYSSA the pharmacist was so rude and snippy. My husband has a lung condition caused by a Workmen’s Comp. injury and flat out rolled her eyes because she had to enter information and tried to deter us from switching that prescription over to them. Encouraged us to keep it at Walmart She also suggested I go back and pay full price at Walmart for another RX that they didn’t have in stock. Or wait until Monday. I said I could wait and was given a bag of our remaining RX. The next morning I opened up the bag to find only my husbands prescriptions were there. Five prescriptions that were for me were not included in the order so I had to return that morning. It was either intentional or just lack of attention but either way it’s below par. I was told to come back Monday for two of my RX only to get another run around. They didn’t have my stuff ready so I tried to purchase three bags of candy that were marked half price and when they rang up full price she pushed them back at me and told me to take them upfront because she couldn’t override it. Rude And lazy. They obviously don’t want new business. I’m not surprised at their low ratings

It was an okay experience, they did carry rhe item I liked, but the plus was the cashier asked if I needed any help and was polite.

If I would be able to give - Stars I would..I am a diabetic that has been waiting for my prescription for 3 days now.we have received phone calls saying prescriptions done have went up there and it's not done again going up this evening and it still isn't done. Get it together CVS I will never return.

The staff are always super nice to me. Sometimes there is a long wait but they are busy a lot. They always answer my questions without sounding annoyed.

Normally if I have bad service at an establishment I don't bother to give a review. I am going to make an exception here because the pharmacist here is so nasty that he needs to be called out. We were there to pick up medecine that had been called in by my doctors office. There was something that needed clarifaction from the doctor we ask him to contact the office he told us to take care of it ourself. When we did they called the store and he was rude to them and hung up on them. While we were waiting during all of this he was treating the pharmacy workers terribly ,berating them in front of waiting customers. They appeared to be doing their job and did not deserve his nasty attitude. We have been going there for many years and have always had good service .We went back a week later and he still had the same kind of attitude. We are now transfering all of our business to another store.

This pharmacy rarely has all my prescriptions ready in a timely manner..frequently they tell me there is no physician FAX for my meds so I now usually pick up a written prescription and hand deliver to CVS..I spoke with Pharmacist today @ 12n and only 1 of 2 new prescriptions was ready. The 2nd one isn't covered by my insurance & CVS "working" on getting info from my Physician! I told Pharmacist then to fill Rx and I would pay..I am now waiting on 2nd Rx to be filled and it's 2:10pm!! Was told just now @ CVS "we are still working on it!"

Transferred medications to CVS as it was only pharmacy in my network. 1st scripts picked up okay. Asked for auto refill. Got text that Rx was ready. Picked up next day. Only 1 of 5 meds ready. Staff expressed that I would need to come back another day, they could be ready tomorrow. I expressed that I live 20 miles away and work even farther away. Would most likely not be able to pick up until weekend. Went to pick up Sunday at 4:45. Only one med ready. Asked about other meds. They could not be ready until tomorrow. I expressed that this is the second time I have come for meds and now only have 2 of 5 meds. I never want to use this pharmacy again. I cannot afford to make 5 trips a month to get my monthly medication.
