Nanette is fabulous! This was my first time using storage for my personal items. Nanette went over and beyond with excellent customer service. She showed me my unit and explained the process and she was there to answer all my questions. She is top with customer service and has a fantastic personality! She is a real asset to the Sparta Storage company. Nanette is a delight to work with and she deserves 100 stars!!!!

Nanette was welcoming and thorough with the information she provided. The facility is clean and feels safe. Prices are reasonable and the space is very roomy. Nanette took me on a tour and showed me how to use all the "nuts and bolts" involved with lifts, locks and doors. The 5x10 climate controlled unit fit my needs perfectly.

Nanette at Sparta drive up has done a wonderful job with our storage needs. We rented a smaller unit a few months ago and I told her when a larger unit opens up please let me know. It only took a few short weeks and we got the larger unit. She also set us up with the U-Haul daily rental truck to move more items to the larger unit. Thanks so much for your help Nanette. You do a great job there at Sparta drive up. Steve C.

My husband and I rented a storage bin for the first time. We realize that a larger unit would be needed. Nanette was super friendly and very professional with making the necessary adjustments. I was also extremely excited to know this company also rent UHAUL trucks which allowed us to transport our belongings and renting the unit. The gentleman that works with Nanette was very helpful as well. He escorted us to our unit, showed us how to load and properly use the elevator. Such a wonderful experience the moment we walked through the door. This company is so very blessed to have an employee like Nanette. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I have been using storage facilities as long as I can remember. Personal and Business has caused me to need these services. Never have I received such courteous and professional service. It is almost like the management wanted for me to find anything they could help me with. Plus ever watchful they would alert me if anything looked slightly amiss. Although I am in my decluttering phase, I am sure I will need a space again sometime in the future. I can only hope they are not full up. They will now be my first choice.
