They were honest, upfront, professional, honored all their commitments, always on-time and never did not show up when they said they would. The store is good for running in and getting supplies as you need them. But whenever I have a question or a problem the people that work there are always rude and short with you. The ladies that work there have really bad customer service skills. I would have let it go if it was a one time thing but it's everytime I go in there or call. They just don't know how to talk to people, they don't want to help They just want you do get what you need or do what they need to do and be done. I'm a new pool owner with questions and don't know what I'm doing so I have a lot of questions, and they aren't the place to go to. Atlantic pools in Jefferson is further away but the people that work there are always nice and eager to answer questions and come out to my pool and help me.

Airmark was recommend to us by the former owner of our new home. What a great recommendation. We had a large pool party scheduled for a Saturday and of course on Friday our pool pump and heater had stopped working. After calling they said that all the technicians were gone for the day and the earliest someone could come by and help world be the next day. About 5 minutes later they called back and said Bruno would be swinging by the house in about 20 minutes. Not only did he show up earlier but he had the issue solved in about half an hour. I can't say enough about Airmark. The service is simply incredible and the team is nothing short of expert. We had them install our pool during a really tough time (covid and the supply chain issues it caused) and they worked through everything and found the way to get it done. Since then we've had a ton of questions as new pool owners and they are just so responsive and helpful. Again, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great people, great product, great service. Incredibly friendly staff, fast service (even through the pandemic), excellent communication regarding timelines, updates, and services. Rick and his team went above and beyond to help us replace our pool liner, repair the bottom of our pool (which was a surprise once uncovered), and close it up at the end of season. Highly recommend this hard-working team!!

Airmark pools saved our summer!! We recently bought our first home and the pool was not winterized. It had a million and one problems, and since we had not owned a pool before we did not even know where to start. We searched for pool companies to come out and help us, to tell us what exactly we needed to do, so we could fix our pool. Each company that we had come out to check our pool, did absolutely nothing. They all recommended different things, which we tried, and weeks passed by with our pool looking exactly the same. We had pretty much accepted the fact that we would not have a pool to enjoy this summer, until we were recommended by a friend to contact Airmark pools. Let me tell you.... they are phenomenal!!!!! They fixed our leak, vacuumed our pool, cleared our water, and were so patient and kind in explaining to us how to maintain our pool for the summer and years to come. We are so grateful for Airmark pools!!! They will be our forever pool company!!! They fixed our pool in 3 days!! I cannot express how thankful we are for them. You will not be disappointed!!! Airmark pools has done an excellent job from the first time I called, to the liner installation and repair of my current pool. Before I purchased my house, I contacted Airmark pools to evaluate the current condition of the existing pool. They were prompt and always answered my questions. Now that I own the home and are getting the pool back to working condition, Airmark’s team has been professional and timely. If your looking for a company to take care of, or repair your pool, I highly recommend Rick, Billy and team. I can’t wait till the summer. Keep up the good work guys.

Have been using Airmark for 8 years and would highly recommend. We use their weekly maintenance services and pool is always kept in great condition. Have had to replace old equipment and recently our pool liner and everything turned out great. Rick and Bruno are always available to help and office staff is attentive.

We have used this company for over 25 yrs. for all of our pools needs. New liners, filter, openings , closings and more. We have only had great service. They are completely honest with their pricing and fair.They are quick to reply and they get the job done. All of the staff members are courteous and polite. We have had the average amount of issues that one has as pool owners over the years and I would not use anyone but this company. Mainly because I trust them. And they do a professional job.
