Ryan & Juan recently did our new pool liner and it was by FAR our best experience with ANYONE we have had to deal with in the pool industry since our pool was installed so incredibly poorly by Dr. Feelgoodes in 2008 (separate review on that experience). Ryan and his team took the time to fix all our issues & problems created by the poorly installed last liner and their attention to detail is something not many people have anymore. The issues we had along through the whole process were more than made good for by the time the liner was finished and we were even taught some new pool tips by Ryan as well as a new hot dog 🌭 cooking tip and we all had some hot dogs together for lunch. Thanks so much for everything Ryan & Juan!

Weekly pool service some of the most expensive and is NOT full service. They refuse to level the pool as needed claiming they cant so if you hire this firm be prepared to do the work because it is not hands off. As a result, they left my brand new $1,700 pump run dry for over a week.

Update, there were issues with the underside protective wear pads noted over the winter. Sahara brought the cover back to the vendor after opening our pool and returned with the corrected cover and installed it at closing. Very smooth process.

Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening Service makes maintaining our pool effortless. Our pool was free of all debris and clear before they left. Chemical levels were optimum within 1 day and a Sahara technician came back 2 days later to ensure chemical levels were maintained. Our filter and heater were inspected, so we can use the pool sooner, increasing our pool season. Patio was clean and all winterizing equipment neatly stacked. We would highly recommend Sahara’s Platinum Pool Opening, a true value for all that is included. Sahara’s support and responsiveness has always been OUTSTANDING!
