It’s always amazing when contractors treat your property as if it was their own. It is even more amazing when they go above and beyond that and get the job done. I needed to replace the pool pump this year. I went and purchased following the direction of the very helpful staff. Well as with all pools or boats I was having an issue. So I gave them a ring to place a service call. I was told 10 to 15 days. Well holy cow they came the same day I placed the call!! In about 15 minutes I was up and running! The technician was wonderful at his job and could carry an informative conversation. I’m telling you this place is great!!

Paradise Pools did an amazing job on my pool and I would highly recommend them. Mike and Ashley stepped up to make sure that my deadline was met and Mike has an amazing work ethic! Paradise Pools is lucky to have him and his team!! In fact I also use them for my pool maintenance and they have been able to accommodate a bunch of my requests and last minute changes. Thanks guys!!

If you want to spend $500 to have two guys take off your pool cover, turn on your filter and leave you with a green pool and zero chemicals, then this company is for you. When I went back the next day I was told I have to pay another $200 plus dollars to shock the pool plus chemicals, etc. I hired them so I didn’t have to do any of this. I wouldn’t go back into that store for a float Absolutely infuriating that they get away with this.

Mainly worked with Mike as pool installer of my inground pool and Ashley in office. Could not ask for a better experience or 2 better individuals to work with. They also are always kind, patient, and make themselves available as I always ask a million questions about the pool, as I want to make sure I do everything right. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for.

I’ve always thought Paradise pools as a five star. However my star rating has changed as of today. We bought our pool about 10 years ago from another company. Was never really happy with them so when we decided we needed a new liner it would search elsewhere. We started having problems with our liner having spots on it so we searched for a pool place looking to purchase a new liner Finding paradise pool not far from us as we live in Warwick we bought the liner was very pleased with the service and liner as well as stopping in often buying supplies. We started having Paradise open our pool for the last few years and close the pool as well since with getting a little older it became a little easier to hire for opening and closing. We also would often buy our supplies from paradise. Always so good when we requested to bring some supples upon opening. What a disappointment it was today when I called to have our pool scheduled for May to open because I was told that because the pool was not built or put up by Paradise we can no longer have them open the pool nor close it. Even though a customer! Bought the liner from them about five years ago and was a supplies customer as well. They can no longer offer us this service as under new management and too busy! Wow is all I can say!! 5 star to 1
