Prices are completely reasonable. I felt comfortable knowing I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the mechanic, brett, was knowledgeable and friendly. They have my business for good! While the Hamburg location is clean, the prices have gone up about ten dollars a month every year since they were purchased by another larger company. New customers pay LESS per month than long-term clients with solid payment records! So, keep that in mind before you choose this facility. You will be paying much higher rates than other facilities with similar amenities. ~Tina

I’ve been ordering from here like once or twice a month since 2018. They’ve been pretty good up until my last order around March 2022. I ordered a pizza with diced tomato on top. It arrived soggy and completely raw in the center. I called to ask if they can send over a replacement that was properly cooked. A young woman came on the phone saying she was the manager but refused to give her name. She was incredibly immature, ignorant and rude. She blamed me saying I should’ve asked for the pizza to be cooked more since I should’ve known tomatoes were watery. After arguing my point for a few minutes, she did offer to send out another but I had to pay ANOTHER delivery fee. That’s when I told her no way. I’ve been ordering for years and not once have I ever called in with a complaint. Her behavior was out of the ordinary, almost as if she was having an aggressive mental breakdown. She then kept hanging up and when I kept calling she actually threatened to call the cops saying I’m harassing her. I couldn’t believe my ears. Called the next day to speak to someone about her and I was told she was fired. Not sure what’s going on with the managers at this location but I’m staying away for good. ~FF

They know how to make a sub sandwich!! Plenty of meat, did not skimp on oil and vinegar and the roll was perfect.. everything was fresh!! Prices also reasonable and there is a liquor store right next door!! ~Stephen

Called the store and the message said to text or leave a voice mail. I sent a text explaining that I was looking for a cake for my grandson's 1st birthday. Waited 3 days and did not receive a response so I called the store on a Saturday late morning. The owner answered. She was busy and didn't know if she could make the cake but said she would return my call on Monday either way to let me know. I never received a call back. Bad business! ~Connie

I was at this dunkin this morning and they were very busy. The young cashier girl was very pleasant and positive despite all of the chaos. My credit card wouldn't authorize on their machine and I had to go to my car to get another card. She was polite and didn't miss a best ringing up the rest of the customers on another register while I ran to get my other card. Because of this mix up, my coffee order got lost in the shuffle and other drinks were made ahead of mine. When she noticed I had been waiting she cheerfully made mine right away. I wish I knew her name. She deserves a raise. ~Andrea
