Consistently forget parts of my order, even if I preemptively tip 20% or more on delivery. Wish I could get that money back.

The food is consistently good.... I live 4 minutes away. My girlfriend works 3 minutes further down the road. They won't deliver 7 minutes away so they'll drop it off here so I can take it the rest of the trip? Not really sure I understand the reasoning there....

Absolutely horrible service. I received my pizza cold and called there and spoke with a manager. The manager was very rude and had no customer service at all. Not really even sure how this guy has a management position. I would avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve been ordering from here like once or twice a month since 2018. They’ve been pretty good up until my last order around March 2022. I ordered a pizza with diced tomato on top. It arrived soggy and completely raw in the center. I called to ask if they can send over a replacement that was properly cooked. A young woman came on the phone saying she was the manager but refused to give her name. She was incredibly immature, ignorant and rude. She blamed me saying I should’ve asked for the pizza to be cooked more since I should’ve known tomatoes were watery. After arguing my point for a few minutes, she did offer to send out another but I had to pay ANOTHER delivery fee. That’s when I told her no way. I’ve been ordering for years and not once have I ever called in with a complaint. Her behavior was out of the ordinary, almost as if she was having an aggressive mental breakdown. She then kept hanging up and when I kept calling she actually threatened to call the cops saying I’m harassing her. I couldn’t believe my ears. Called the next day to speak to someone about her and I was told she was fired. Not sure what’s going on with the managers at this location but I’m staying away for good.

Horrible experience, I make an order for myself then my parents decide to want something from dominoes so I make a second order. A few min I get a call from the location asking why I made 2 separate orders and that I'm doing suspicious activity. Beyond unprofessional behavior from the staff.

New manager was obnoxious, they have had repeated mistakes.. We have not collected on Those mistakes he was rude. Previous managers i know well and would go again till now. I can see why they have such high turnover rate recently. I would not recommend them at the current time.

Was able to place an order without calling ahead. Done in 10 mins for a medium pizza. Nice service.

If I could leave no stars I would due to how rude a girl named “Jade” was that was working tonight March 20th the closing shift. She told me and my friend who ordered how rude it was that we called 4 minutes before close. What’s the point of having a closing time if it’s so rude we call before hand? Even though their closing time says 2am and we called before 1am. When we got there I also asked for pepperoni & this girl won’t not put it on our pizza. I can’t even describe the rudeness, I’ve never had such bad customer service, EVER!

I don't know why I continue to order from this Domino's. I opened the box and the pizza is smashed up against one side of the box folded over itself.
