My family and I are new to the area and this restaurant is one of the only restaurants in the area. All of the employees are polite and actually have manors. You don't even have to worry about the food because it's amazing while fresh.

The pizza and service is great. The Marcello’s white pizza was SO good!!! The wings are also delicious and crispy. I would definitely recommend!!!

Prices are a little outrageous Pizza isn't that good for the price and the customer service is horrible I called up to order food and on their website the cheesecake wraps say they're 10 dollars and I call up the place to order and they tell me it's $40 for two of them and so I say nevermind and they just hang up maybe I wanted to order something else or something but and the dude on the phone was extremely rude

I ordered at 6:45 pm a classic cheeseburger and a veggie wrap . A large soup and two slices of cheese cake! $42:00 later and 45 minutes later. I received my food from a nice young man. I proceeded to open the box’s to find my burger and fries ice cold, along with bad slices of tomatoes I threw out my and my moms fries . I then tried to eat half of my burger to only whine up in the bathroom for almost two hrs off and on . At 9:30 pm I called this establishment and spoke to a very arrogant own who was more then disrespectful on the phone. I tried to tell him I have food poisoning and that my food was also ice cold. He told me it wasn’t from his food and why did I wait so long to call? Like WTH!!! I will never go here again and we spread the word what horrible business man he is.

I really wanted to love this place. Lots of hard working folks trying to make the dream work. Marinara for the cheese sticks was orange and weird. Cheese sticks not melty and gooey. Probably undercooked. General Tso pizza isn’t what another reviewer hyped it up to be. Wish I had ordered buffalo chicken as a safer adventure option. This place has potential but not quite on the mark.

My friends and I are new to the area and we saw that they had general tsos chicken pizza. It is, by far, one of the BEST pizzas I’ve EVER had. The general tsos on this pizza is better than ordering it from an actual Chinese restaurant. Broccoli cheddar bites are phenomenal. And they didn’t have apple juice but they called to ask what else we’d like which was super sweet. 10/10 recommend this place. Thanks so much guys!!

We ordered Garlic Parmesan breaded wings from Family pizza in Brownsmills today. They GAVE US EATEN CHICKEN WINGS and claimed the meat fell off the bone when they put the extra Garlic Parmesan sauce on the wings. They offered to replace the four wings on top (see picture) or give us a discount on our next order. Yet they didn't care that someone's COVID hands were placed on the other pieces. They didn't care that our food and trust were violated. This place is disgusting and regardless of the replaced wings or the discount the manager offered, I will never eat at this place again. BE CAREFUL!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! there are plenty of amazing places in Browns Mills to order pizza. This is the third time in a row over the last few months they have messed up our order. We ordered a Cheese steak pizza at 11:09, got a cheese pizza at 11:40, called them about it at 11:45, they said they would get the correct order out and to send back the cheese pizza. At 12:50, over an hour later and after calling to complain, we got the replacement which came without sauce, onions or peppers (notice the menu picture that says onions and peppers).

Quality has bottomed out. The picture is supposed to be a large pizza, extra cheese, light sauce and cooked well done. That is how it gets delivered though. Also forgot the garlic knots and soda. I think I’ve given Family Pizza enough opportunities, time to bring my business somewhere that takes pride in their products and service.
