Let’s start off by saying my family and I order from here all the time (despite all the bad reviews) and never had a problem up until today. Today, I ordered lunch for my son and I. He hasn’t touched his yet so I can’t speak on his meal. I will however discuss my order which was “Chicken w/garlic sauce, spicy ”. I order this a lot here but today the sauce tasted sour, the meat tasted bad and had a funny smell. I called to inform them and to possibly get a refund or to order something different as I can’t stomach the order I paid for. The lady I spoke with was very nasty and not accommodating at all. She said she can’t help I don’t like it and If I want another order I have to pay for it. She also stated that she can’t reuse my previous order so they will lose money and that’s not fair to them. I explained to her it’s not like I was just trying new items and didn’t like what I ordered. This is something I order all the time and have receipts to prove it. This time something was off and not normal. Needless to say no refund, no new food, and wasted money. After coming here for 3 years and order at least twice a month this will be our last time.

I ordered the shrimp with garlic sauce, and it had a cockroach. I brought back and the lady behind the desk picked it up and said oh, and wanted to make another one. I refused it and she threw my refund on counter and walked away

Amazing food speedy delivery I'm very upset about them forgetting my 2 liter of root beer. It's to late to call up haven't deliver it, I hope the honor tomorrow and preferably deliver it to me since the mistake was on their end but if I have to come in and grab myself that'd be okay too.

The food was absolutely atrocious. The beef and broccoli had the consistency of sour tadpoles. The aftertaste I experienced lasted with me for an hour despite brushing my teeth afterwards. I called to explain that none of the 3 people in my house could eat the food. I was told "you just don't have a taste for our food and that's not our problem" We attempted to deliver the food back and were told "we are very busy. How can I have a business if everyone returns the food. It's very hard to make money right now." If they are that busy, then they are not having problems making money. I have never returned food in my life and they refused refunding my money. I left the box of food on the curb for all the homeless people that hang out to eat. And now I am out $65 for something I get for $50 that tastes much better.

2nd time I have ordered from here. Food has been 7/10. Marks of a good delivery is that the delivery individual has a pen for a smooth handoff. Both times Ive had to walk around my house looking for a pen when all I want is to sign for my food at the door. Please bring a pen when you deliver.

I actually only tried this place out since a lot of the other chinese spots are closed on Mondays. But they're open 7 days a week! They had me tell them my card number to pay with card to lessen contact and i picked up my food in the window and signed my cc slip there. Food was great. Very inner-city Chinese food but not excessively greasy like I've experienced elsewhere. Lunch combos are affordable and come with fried rice and a choice of soup,egg roll or a soda. Which i haven't seen in a while. Will definitely be my Monday chinese spot.

They add extra money on to your bill without informing customer. If your using a Cc there’s a 50 cents up charge. If your paying with cash they round up. My bill was $13.26 I paid with cash, I was charge $13.50. Once I questioned it they gave me a lame excuse about not handling cash due to the pandemic and washing their money. Why not round down to $13.25? I stated this was illegal to do such.

I’m still kind of new to the area and I have to say this place is one of the better Chinese food places that I have had in the area. They are always friendly and nice and kind of food is always fresh if I having problems they always make me new food. I would highly recommend this place.

If you want some very good Chinese food we'll vary good sides and dishes order from them my kids loved it my wife and loved it my family loved it I just wish they were a little bit more reasonable

Terrible customer service. The lady yelled on the phone because we wanted to make sure she got our order right. We order chicken fried rice with chicken and broccoli and a shrimp egg roll. We obviously don’t eat pork. She threw our order through the window and we went to the car and checked and she forgot an egg roll and gave us pork fried rice. We called back to let her know we wanted our order fixed. She yelled at us and told us we had to pay 1.75 when they messed up our order which we clarified 3 times. Then she proceeded to give us a side of chicken fried rice but we can’t eat the the chicken and broccoli because it touched the pork. She then starts yelling so we ask for a refund and she told us we can’t get a refund. Just terrible customer service. I won’t be back.
