For as long as I can remember I went to the larger chain pharmacies because they were around every corner, and I didn't know pharmacies like this existed. I thought the small pharmacies I drove past in different communities would have long wait times, be more expensive, and not know as much as the big guys. I was 100% wrong in every way. MANY issues people deal with at chain pharmacies do not happen at Parkwood. All of the pharmacists know you, and even though they are INSANELY busy at Parkwood they never hesitate to answer any questions you have and STILL manage to fill your prescriptions faster than any other pharmacy by far. If you have questions, need advice, need higher quality medication, or just want insanely fast and courteous service then go to Parkwood. They are light years ahead of any big pharmacy out there. When you have chronic health issues and are already under a lot of stress, having a pharmacy you can trust is a BIG deal. Thank you to everyone at Parkwood for everything you've done for me the past decade.

My doctor’s office recommended to try this pharmacy due to the good things other patients have told them. Best pharmacy customer service I have experienced! I will continue to go here and recommend others to try them! Depending on the type of medication someone is one, pharmacy staff can treat you differently and often have a rude, belittling attitude towards that patient/customer. And the staff at Parkwood made me feel very welcome and normal, no different than any other patient/customer. That’s true customer service! Thank you

The doctor I go to recommended this pharmacy to me after they were fed up dealing with my regular pharmacy. I must say I am quite impressed with their review ratings. When I went there they got everything ready but, it was not quite time for my refill to be filled. My insurance would not let them fill it until it was time. They said they could deliver it to me the next day so I didn't have to come back in. The next day my script was delivered. This is my first time using this pharmacy so I will see how things go once the honeymoon stage is over. But for now, I am happy with their service.

The owners are really nice and have good customer service skills. Some of their staff can be a little rude and frustrating to deal with, but they fill prescriptions quickly and will always answer your questions. They are personable and learn your name and prescriptions so you just walk in and they know what to pull off the shelf.

The Owners Steve Felkey and Mike Rose are also pharmacists. These men are on your side, not the insurance companies' They will fight for you, the patient. Always polite and decent. Prior to them all I've found is corporate stooges of the insurance industry. Parkwood is going on 12 years I think. I hope they do well so they can continue helping. I'm a cancer patient. They care. The other pharmacies do not.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Mike and Steve always go above and beyond. I don't live in the area any more, there is a Walgreens around the corner from my house, but I still make the trip because of the personal service and attention to detail. Any issues with insurance or questions, there is just no comparison.
