Yikes. I left a good review for the pharmacy a week ago but have deleted it due to my follow-up experience with them. I made an appointment for a drive-thru Covid test on 4/6. Very easy process. They told me it could take up to a week for results. I called today (4/14) because I still do not have my results. The pharmacy told me that all other Covid tests from 4/6 have come back. When I access the patient portal for results (through Aegis Labs) it claims my sample hasn't been received. Are you joking? Someone must have made an "oopsie" and lost my sample, and doesn't want to admit it. What an absolute disgrace. I quarantined for a week for test results that never came. ~Paula

Just used CVS in Target for the very first time (first time using CVS). Brian answered the phone, transferred my prescription from Meijer and called me back within minutes. Went to pick it up with no issues. Everyone was very pleasant. Will transfer all of my prescriptions. ~Christine

The clowns running this pharmacy are absolutely clueless. We get thousands of dollars in medication through this circus each month. I go in to fill one of my overdue meds yesterday only to find out they didn’t have it. Would’ve been normal to get some sort of contact from someone in a situation like this however you won’t get this sort of service from the Family Circus. I also tried to pick up another one for my daughter. Surprise, they received it but have not done anything with it. So they tell me they’ll both be done by today at noon. I go there at 6:30 pm. Guess what, “we don’t have your medication”. Someone wouldn’t stop to think “oh gosh, it’s Friday and he’s going to have an issue working this out if we don’t notify him”. Nah. Let’s just let him come in at 6:30 when his doctors office has closed and he has no way to sort it out. Absolutely unacceptable. On a side note. They were kind enough to offer me the name brand for $120. How about you offer that name brand at the generic price to compensate for your reckless approach to caring for people’s health and well being. You guys are truly rotten. We’re taking our business elsewhere. ~Andrew

Only disappointed I didn't switch sooner. I'm beyond happy I made the switch for my family. Small locally owned pharmacy and I'm ecstatic to have the opportunity still have one available to use. Use local or lose them forever. ~Kim
