Our first experience here with Travis the Pharmacy manager and the checkout front registers was absolutely friendly and professional. Unfortunately not so much so with some of his other staff (unfriendly, unprofessional attitude). We called in a prescription several days ago and have been getting different reasons/ runaround as to why it’s not ‘in’ yet including ordering the wrong brand…So frustrated.

I used this pharmacy for 9 years or maybe more, the staff was very friendly and helpful, for a while they changed those people and they were not like the acquaintances but it could be accepted today I went and not very professional new people, I am not going to explain what happened. I just move to another pharmacy, to avoid a heart attack

The pharmacy staff here have always been super! After moving out of the area, I still go to this location's pharmacy even though there is a CVS closer, all because of the friendly service. I've never had an issue in the retail part of the store either.

I hate the new phone system, my doctors cant even get through to refill prescriptions, you cant even push numbers on the phone anymore instead you have to scream at a F.N. COMPUTER that doesnt understand ENGLISH! If your able to remember the numbers you need to push the fn computer answers with i dont understand you. Thats how upset iam. Right now. I have multiple health problems (asthma, epilepsy, female health problems, etc) im gonna half to go to another pharmacy or go without meds because of their new & stupid phone system as i said my doctors cant even get through i doubt an elderly person or someone with a speech impediment can get through if i cant.

Called a day in advance to have prescriptions ready, came in and they still had not filled them, then they said it would be 15-20 mins to fill. I've been waiting for 40+! Horrible pharmacy service!

Staff in the pharmacy is always helpful and will drop what they are doing to make sure they answer any and all questions. I live in Grandville now and still have my prescriptions filled here.
