I have had this storage company for approximately 10 yrs. It is very clean and well managed. I had the privilege of having Dallas Pelletier to close my account out. She was very helpful and caring. This place was as clean after 10 years like when I first rented the storage unit. Very pleased with the kindness from the staff here. They took good care of everything. Thank you!! Sharon

The manger remove all lates fees after this review was posted. I do appreciate that thank you I already spoke to Summer we are fine. I did try on the 6th to pay the bill because I got paid by direct deposit. I trying calling but no one answer the phone. Unfortunately I couldn't keep calling because I was at the hospital with my daughter and her husband dealing with a family emergency in Salem Or. I try the website while I was there but yes you are right I didn't create account because I had auto pay set up. Which I turn off because I lost the card before Ihad left town. And never had the time to go in there. I am a healthcare worker and right now we are over worked because we are very short staffed. I choose this storage facility not once but twice. I have had a RV space with you guys too in the past. I am sorry and will try in future to make payment on time.

Got a rv spot on Saturday and went there Monday evening to put my trailer in the spot but other tenants were not parked rite and I could not get my trailer into the spot, called Tuesday morning to get a refund and they charged me the 3 days I didn't use it and the processing fee. Would not use this facility again, but the lady at the front desk was really nice.

I have been using Nipomo self storage for a very long time, from 2001 i believe, was my 1st storage unit, when I began a remodel of my home. I stored my boat here, then my trailer till i sold them. They are always helpful and accommodating. The prices are reasonable also.
