Y’all need to come out and check this place out and make sure you work with Kevin Winters! He did an awesome job walking me through the purchase of my first travel trailer. He was very helpful with finding one that fits mine and my family’s needs. He was very up front and honest about the quality of the trailers we were looking at and gave some helpful info about the quality of some trailers that we have looked at previously. Absolutely will be back in the future when it is time to upgrade. I have already recommended him to a few friends that are looking for trailers! He really made me feel his care and concern and was really great with communicating and getting back to me when I asked questions. Don’t sleep on coming out to this spot and asking for Kevin!

We had a great used trailer, but wanted to get a newer trailer with newer features and a little more counter space. The Trailer Hitch RV business had a variety of trailers in the parking lot at Costco. I looked at some while my wife was going to her optometrist appointment. She looked with me after she was done and I gave the young man my information. I was contacted by Kevin Winters at The Trailer Hitch RV and made an appointment to discuss the possibilities and after one more appointment and a small deposit we decided to purchase the trailer we saw at Costco. We received the Costco pricing and we’re treated professionally by Kevin Winters and the entire staff when we finalized and picked up our trailer. My husband and I were interested in buying a trailer and we’re searching from place to place. My husband being not such a people person was having a hard time with connecting with many dealers, for that reason we skipped out on many pretty good options. We got in touch with Trailer Hitch and RV they gave us Kevin Winters, guy was just the person we needed. Kept us included in every step, great at communicating in a timely manner. Weekends week nights sometimes even! Was patient and willing to go over every request and question. I’m not big on placing 5 stars but these guys were great! Joe walked us through our trailer. Wow! What a great experience! I bought my first RV from trailer hitch RV. I had many questions and none of my questions were left unanswered. They were very thorough for the walk-through. I really wish I could remember who helped me last weekend for my walk-through but I was super jetlagged from flying from Michigan to buy this unit. Surprisingly fair prices for the current market which is why flew to California to purchases this. Mike was the best sales guy ever. Everybody at the dealership from beginning to end was awesome they let me leave my suitcases in a safe place while I looked at my unit. I honestly can’t imagine how it would be if I went with anybody else and I would never want to; This dealership was amazing! They do the best job for inspections and fix every single thing that they could find wrong. A lot of ethics at this place. So if you’re in the market for an RV you’d be crazy to go anywhere else I would turn around and drive to 2600 miles back to purchase from them again!!

We purchased a 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2400BH and are very happy with the trailer and the experience at Trailer Hitch RV. Kevin Winters was super helpful and responsive with putting together pricing and working with the service and parts group to outfit the trailer with an aftermarket solar power system before we arrived to purchase/pick up the trailer. The trailer did have a warranty issue with the slide during the orientation but Kevin and the Service Department made sure it was repaired within 48 hours and arranged to have it delivered to our home 3 hours away. I can confidently say that Kevin Winters and the Service Department went out of their way to make sure the purchase process was smooth and customer oriented.

We bought a 2021 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2706WS and absolutely love it!!! Great trailer!! Being we are 3 hours away from Trailer Hitch RV, I did a majority of my research of the different trailers online. I was contacted by Aaron at Trailer Hitch and he would send me pics and any information I requested. Aaron was very easy to work with and would HIGHLY recommend him and Trailer Hitch RV if you're in the market to purchase an RV. Any future purchases will have them in mind first!!
