Last week I contacted Rich at Aurora Computer Urgent Care about replacing the speakers in my 2010 MacBook Pro. Evidently, speakers going bad is a problem with some older MacBooks. Rich suggested that I double my RAM from 4GB to 8GB while he was at it and quoted a very reasonable price. When I got my MacBook Pro back a few hours after I dropped it off the speakers were loud and crystal clear and my lap top is now a lot faster. It's like having a new computer. If you need an Apple computer worked on, then Rich is definitely your guy. Aurora works on other systems also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank You RICH!

My wife's computer looked like it had a dead hard drive. I was at whomever's mercy. I brought it in and they fixed it completely, were able to save all the data on it, and corrected problems I didn't even know it had all for less than the original estimate. May not get that lucky every time, but we were sure pleased.

Rich and Dennis were very responsive we had a major server crash and networking issues they were onsite within an hour and had us up and running on a temporary server by the end of the day. The following week they installed new server and fixed all network errors. Thanks Guys
