Incredibly uncomfortable the store associates literally follow you through the store to the point I had to confront them and ask for the manager. Bizarre and makes for the entire experience of visiting the store awkward uncomfortable and leaves you feeling like a criminal without having done anything wrong. Really sad and should be ashamed of themselves for treating good people who actually want to shop and spend money this way. I'll avoid at all costs moving forward.

This place needs self checkout. The employees are either never at the checkout counter or if they are they move extra slow. Pple are always waiting outside of the door asking for money. They have carts inside but you can't take them to your car because they have large heavy wooden blocks attached to them and they locked the exit door so there is only one way to leave the store, walking into other people . This is dangerous, especially during this COVID time

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. There is always a line, most times there is only one cashier. Today will be the last day I’ll go to this store, they didn’t have any change (coins) so if you didn’t have your exact amount they expect you to leave while they keep your money. I waited for my change and two ladies began cursing me in Spanish not knowing I knew Spanish. I immediately responded, letting them know their behavior was not good customer service. If I didn’t have money to pay for my products I wouldn’t be able to leave the store with them, so I waited for my change and the cashier took money from another customer and handed the money to me.

Staff in there are not the nicest. My cashier today was nice. Staff there rarely talking to a customers. U need to engage in conversation and kindness to keep business. Not have the attitude like we are interrupting your day. Very simple fix. But management or corporate won't talk these reviews into consideration unfortunately

If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the worse customer service I’ve experienced thus far! Since coming here I’ve never received the help I needed they either don’t know where things are located or just plain rude at the cash register. They’ll just ring you up without saying one word to you, on their phones, or having conversations with other people! Not only that but the lines are extremely long always. I wait 5-7 mins or more each time!!

Cashier's are way too rude never wants to help you find anything. they didn't even have bags one time I think one time I had to use a trash bag that they gave me . Great products great deals. Too many long lines . Probably spend about maybe 5 to 7 Minutes in line waiting just to get rung up.
