Had money stolen from my account but instead of helping me they listed it as merchant dispute (no merchant involved) and corporate wouldn't help me because they said it was a merchant dispute so I'm just out stolen money now.

Incompetent staff. Alot of going back and forth between them, customer support, and the branch I opened my account with. They locked my account for two weeks after a check I deposited was marked "fraud". They told me the check from my employer had bounced then that it was because I deposited "too much" and then it was because I had taken advantage of the mobile deposit feature. They told me I could "withdrawal from my savings" instead of unlocking my checking account. You get charged for pulling from your savings account at regions. Go find another bank to bank with. Regions has messed with my account time and time again. Especially don't try to take your issues at this particular branch.

As a customer I am generally not a fan of most branches but find the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly.
