Emmett was absolutely phenomenal. I needed to refinance my car and he and the legacy team made it so easy for me. I barley had to put in any effort to complete everything. He was amazing and went above and beyond. He made me feel so welcome and made me feel like I was his family. He deserves everything and more! Don’t get regions bank if you like banking by yourself with no one to help you. There is never anyone to talk to on the phone when you call the 1800 number. Like ever and ever. I always can’t get someone on the phone and it pisses me off. There is only one way to ever speak to someone is going into a branch. I use Wells Fargo and regions and soon you guys will see me come to close my account. Good bye. ~S

Walked in about 2pm on 6/16/22 to deposit a check in a “dormant” account. Of course the teller can’t do anything and they only have one banker on site. I opened the WF account when I moved to Utah and will close it as it keeps going dormant. After a moderate wait, the banker on duty was quite pleasant and helpful. ~Jason

As long as you just direct deposit and use your debit card your gonna be fine. If you try to use any services you will be disappointed. They once lost my deposit and acted like it was my fault, I could not access my money for 4 days. Once tried to get some coin wrappers to deposit my saved change, I was told Walmart sells wrappers. ATM IS BROKEN. IT MISCOUNTED MY MONEY TWICE! I had to make two deposits in the same week, I placed $100 ( two fifty dollars bills) in the atm and it stated I deposited only $ 50. So I took it back out and did it again with one $50 bill and it stated I deposit $25. My second visit, I just went in the bank on this past Saturday and did the deposit in there. ~Cupcakes

The ATM doesn't work, lobby is by appointment only, and the woman in the drive thru is no where to be found. Complete waste of time for any customer pulling in. This location shouls be closed immediately. Has to be worst Regions location in America. I have been a Regions customer for 30+ years. ~Kenny

I went to the atm (the one that you have to get out your car from) like around 9:50pm on Saturday 6/25/22 to put in my 250 dollars and when I put deposit it took my money and then it was loading for a long time to count my bills and then out of no where it gave me my money back and said “could not do deposit at this moment” and I counted my money to see if it was all of it and it wasn’t! It only gave me back 240!!! It stole my 10 dollar bill ( I put in there one 100 bill and seven 20 dollar bills and one 10) I contacted Wells Fargo online and they put in a claim but i don’t know if I’m going to get my 10 dollar bill or not. Very bad (Edit) thank you for fixing my problem I got my 10 dollars deposit to my account thank you. You all are so nice and helped me. I recommend them ~Angelica

It doesn’t matter if you get in line before 5 they will pull the curtain down in your face at 5. To make it even worse the ATM says unable to accept deposits at this time. Bet they wouldn’t have any problem charging an overdraft fee. Any other reputable business waits until the line is cleared. This was on a Friday when people get paid. This bank should stay open later on Fridays at least. ~Chad

I have never felt the desire to leave a review on a bank employee in my life – until today. I recently needed to open a IOLTA for my law firm’s new Alabama office. I went to the Shades Creek Parkway Branch here in Birmingham, Alabama, and everybody was so nice to me and quick to help. I ultimately was paired with Sharon Hoof. She worked with me on getting everything setup; however, I was in a hurry and needed to finish everything over email at a later time. She worked with me back and forth until I had everything finished. I feel like she gave me more attention and assistance than anybody else would have in her position. I was close to missing a setup deadline but she was readily available and able to work quickly so that the process was completed timely and successfully. Fast forward to my first deposit in the new IOLTA account. I drove through the Homewood (Southbridge) Branch to make the deposit, but I wasn’t really prepared. I didn’t know the account name or number off the top of my head. I was hoping whoever was working the counter could help me. Lo and behold, Sharon is covering this desk for the day. She recognized me immediately and knew exactly what I was doing there and how to help me. I basically didn’t even have to speak and she greeted me by name, confirmed my visit’s purpose, and accomplished what I needed in about 1-2 minutes total.
