I went to the atm (the one that you have to get out your car from) like around 9:50pm on Saturday 6/25/22 to put in my 250 dollars and when I put deposit it took my money and then it was loading for a long time to count my bills and then out of no where it gave me my money back and said “could not do deposit at this moment” and I counted my money to see if it was all of it and it wasn’t! It only gave me back 240!!! It stole my 10 dollar bill ( I put in there one 100 bill and seven 20 dollar bills and one 10) I contacted Wells Fargo online and they put in a claim but i don’t know if I’m going to get my 10 dollar bill or not. Very bad (Edit) thank you for fixing my problem I got my 10 dollars deposit to my account thank you. You all are so nice and helped me. I recommend them

I never imagined that one day I will come across an untrained employee working in the drive through window of a bank like Wells Fargo. Today, I went to deposit a check for my boss, and two of the employees ( male and a female) said the check is written wrong. They insisted that the name of the company receiving the check should be placed under the written amount being deposited. When I went to the other branch in 1725 28th Ave S., the lady there deposited it right away without even questioning. When I told her about what happened in the branch of the valley ave, She was so surprised! Come on Wells Fargo, Train your employees to save your reputation!

I'm complaining on behalf of someone First 2 times your drive through staff is rude and condescending I know last 5 minutes trying to get things put away but no excuse for rudeness in the drive-through I want your drive through staff either talk to written up or fired as I worked in coustomer servi6for 10 years and my company would have us out the door after this complaint

Tamara is a banker inside this branch and is extremely helpful and professional. She's so proficient in problem solving! She fixed my account when the 800 number for Wells Fargo could not. She's a life-saver and very good at her job!! Thanks Tamara!!!

Need more experience if you are going to be working at a bank. I’ve been to this bank way before I changed banks. They are always rude and very unprofessional never welcoming . However I still have an account opened with wellsfargo and from time to time I’ll stop at this bank but last time I went to this location they just seem to no have it together or not welcoming. They however improved from last time so two starts is an improvement.

I had an exceptional experience at this branch today. I wasn’t aware of her position at the time, but the branch manager, Valissia Fuller went above and beyond for me. She not only answered all of my questions, she actively resolved many of the problems I was having. She was patient and spent over an hour troubleshooting on my behalf. When I got home and told my husband about what a great experience I had he asked if it was Valissia that I talked to. He, too, had an amazing experience dealing with complicated subject matter with her a few months prior. She is a gem, as well as every banker, teller, etc we have had the pleasure of doing business with at this location.

The bank was very clean with fast and friendly service. There were numerous lines open which minimized the wait. Bankers were knowledge about the products and services offered. Bank has two ATM machines (walk up and drive-thru) which made wait times a short.

A terrible experience at the (UAB) 4th Avenue South branch. Walked 4 blocks with arthritic knees to get to the branch to make a deposit to checking account. Waited in line for my turn and finally got a young teller. During the deposit try, she turns to another WF employee behind her and mumbles something about her security...she then says she cannot make the deposit at her terminal. I asked her to just cash the check for me that I was trying to deposit. She informs me she cannot do that and that I must see another teller. The only other teller is having an industrial strength long conversation with another customer who is questioning her weekend transactions...I informed the teller that I shouldn't have to stand around and wait for them to conclude the problem they are working on....she offered no resolution to my problem of trying to make a SIMPLE DEPOSIT or cashing of the check. I complained to Wells Fargo Customer Service and they said that if I did not have the teller's name, they could not help me. Don't waste your time banking with Wells Fargo....service to the customer is nothing but a smoke screen farce...
