Haven't had issues unlocking and paying through the app. Always get 15 to 20 cents less per gallon and I keep getting rewards.

When you pull the pump the trigger sticks and locks the pump to the “on” position. If you don’t know how to fix it the pump will drain your bank account more than you expected. Terrible business practice I’ve seen from a few gas stations and it feels like intentional theft. Won’t pump gas here again.

Does NOT have e85. Drove 20 miles to find this out because they wouldn't answer the phone.

Listed online as carrying E85. Bags have been on the pump handles so long they are falling apart. No E85

I as well as many others depend on this place for E85 as it is the only place within about 100 miles. Saying that, you would think they took inventory on such an item seriously. This station has been out of E85 more days this year than it has been in stock. We drive miles, deal with ridiculous Fort Mill traffic, and play a dangerous game of frogger to get out of the driveway just to fuel up at your station only to see bags on the E85 pumps once again...

Well...we are now 2 days from the 1 month mark with absolutely no e85 in the pumps and still no answer from any of the staff as to when they will have it. Looks like we will have to just keep taking our business elsewhere.

I got gas here today and have shopped here since we move to Fort Mill. I went in to the restroom and when I came out of the stall I looked and there was a man using the stall in front of mine. I told him he was in the wrong restroom and he said I am sorry. I told the cashier and she looked at me and grin. I told her I didn't like that there was a man in the womans restroom; I want go back to this BP.

All of the pumps I have used here do not have a notches so you have to physically hold the lever while fueling and the window cleaning stations are poorly maintained(always empty or just filled with water). Little details but when you can get the same gas at the same price down the street at QuickTrip I think it counts.

I went to this store to get gas because its the closest to my office. I walk in and no one was at the first desk. A clerk came from the back with a box of cigarettes to restock. No greeting, no hello, no how can I help you. However 2 other customers walked directly in and go straight to her and they immediately get serviced. Another clerk came out and went to the register while I'm standing there after being skipped in line by 2 people. No greeting from her either. 1st clerk took her time doing whatever she was doing. I finally told her what I was needing gas on what pump. I felt like I wasn't acknowledged and I told her what pump I needed and walked out. They always have signs advertising for new "Friendly Staff" and I totally see why. I also was told I couldn't buy cigarettes because I have an NC driver's license. Never heard of such a thing when I can go right up the street to QuikTrip or CVS with NC ID with no problem. Staff isn't friendly and will never go back.

I used to come in here almost every night, the cashier (young girl) I'd point her out if I saw her again I remember what she looks like. Was completely horrible, she once told me the gas station was closed, it was about 8 at night. I thought that it was odd, because as she told me that she was cracking up laughing. I was the only person there at the time so I thought I had nothing better to do, so I waited in my car to see what she would do if more people pulled in. Because she didn't even lock the door, nor was it locked when I walked in the store originally. As people walked in and I'm sitting there waiting to see what happens, the man that walked in started laughing and walked out making direct eye contact with me and cracking up. I could only imagine what was said, almost like I was outside of some joke. The man also waits outside in his car, and she still has yet to lock the door when he left or went inside as well. More people pulled up, and I just said screw it and went some where else. As I drove past about 10 minutes later going home from a different gas station, there were people inside. Did she just not want to take my money? I bet she thought she was soooo cool. Another time, (same girl) she asked if I wanted to give my change to some charity, I said sure, she pulls the change out of the drawer and literally throws it on the counter in front of me. Even the man behind me said "did she just throw that at you man? I think she did" I was just so done with the day I just let it go. Does she have some sort of mental problem or something I'm unaware of? She might not even work there anymore, I refuse to go there out of respect for myself. But she's a real piece of work I'll tell you that.
