Terrible service the cashier was very nasty especially towards people she knew were homeless and just starred at the people of color the whole way through and food/deli is over priced

Everything is over priced for people with food stamps and closes at 11:57 at night when they are supposed to close at midnight.

If I could give a no-star review, I would. The young lady that works there is vulgar. I decided to go there to get a mismade sandwich, and when I mentioned it, she was irate. I usually go there later in the evening. The register's people were amicable and professional. However, the young lady that refers to herself as the manager is terrible. Not professional and is losing the store business. I will not go back even though it is one of the closest stores by my house. She is judgemental, and I am a college student, so I am usually on the fly. I think she believes everyone who goes in it is homeless or something of that effect; if you're a man, she seems less rude. If they replace her, then perhaps the company will do much better. She should be supervised or not work with the public. Their food is overpriced, and they can't even make a sandwich. I would gladly drive to The Essex Colonial Mart before going back to Kerry's Kwik Stop. They might charge a little more, but excellent customer service and great sandwiches.

Done going to Kerry's unless I absolutely have to. The cashier(s) there most always gives me an attitude and treats homeless people like dirt (even if they're spending money there regularly. The selection there is also junk and overpriced. Good job treating your regular customers the way you do. If there was any other place in town open as late as Kerry's they'd be out of business in no time.

Frequent shopper at Kerry's for my morning coffee! Owner's are always happy & chipper! I arrive happy and in a fantastic mood, until I meet the rudest woman at the front counter. I do not know her name, I probably would if she was friendly because I am in there so frequently, and I am a talker! She must hate her job, or have a miserable life because I don't know if I've ever met a more rude and angry person. I rarely get greeted, or hear words other then the total price of my purchase. Hopefully her attitude can change because I may pick another store to begin getting my coffee at!

Listened to the woman with all the tats brag about fighting in the streets and her husband calling the police on her for attacking him. Very unprofessional. She denied my service dog access while it was raining and unfortunately due to necessity I was obliged to do so. Very abrasive, rude, demeaning and did I mention unprofessional. The prices for everyday grocery items are insanely high for instance a can of SPAM is $6... No prices on anything either and have known them to fluctuate multiple times over the course of two days. Avoid this place if possible.

Bought some lunch and the sauce tasted burnt, food was cold and seemed like days old (wont assume it was or wasn't, just tasted that way) Extremely over priced for the amount you get. Cashier was rude and started insulting another customer after that customer left...very unprofessional. The location is the only thing Id say is keeping this place in business. Burlington is expensive as it is i get it, but maybe if the quality was better than the price wouldnt seem so unreasonable.

As I was waiting at the counter to buy a pack of cigarettes at the Woman who claim to be the manager and owner accuse me of putting something into my pocket , Which I obviously didn’t and I proceeded to Bunny ears my pocket. After seeing I did not obviously have anything as I was leaving I looked back at the woman and she said “ what are you looking at ?” In a very provocative tone. I responded I wasn’t looking at anything. As I was walking out the door I realized that no one deserves to be talked to me now so I said and I quote excuse me ma’am what is the name of the manager, she replied that it was her and gave her name .I called back because personally I have never seen this woman in the store before and wasn’t sure if she was actually the manager, and ask what the owners name was . She replied that she was the owner proceeded to call me a thief and threaten to call the police on me. I buy my cigarettes at the store every single day I am not a thief. This sticks out in my mind as the most rude sales associate I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am withholding her name because in my opinion she deserves to be fired however I don’t want to ruin her life By pointing a finger.

Friendly with delicious food from the grill. It's a quick-stop, so expect food and prices one would find at a quick-stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are fairly extended. The soft drink and beer selection is extensive for such a store. They always have ice cream cookie sandwiches the size of a child's face. Try those because they are simply wonderful.
