Brian's North End Automotive

They are competent, skilled, and friendly mechanics with strong work ethic. I absolutely applaud Brian and his mechanics for putting forward every effort to problem solve. I was provided with excellent communication and explanation in detail of the good and the bad news. You can trust that they will be honest and ethical with their work and prices. Service: General repairs & maintenance ~Matt

SVS Smith Vehicle Support

Darren at SVS has been my mechanic for over 15 years. He is down to earth, honest, and provides quality service. I grew up helping out in my father's mechanic's shop and have owned a long line of old cars that inevitably need work. It is refreshing to not have to stress about my car's repairs, being misled into having repairs done that I don't need, or being over charged. Highly reccomend Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Exhaust, Engine repair ~Jennifer

Burlington Collision Center

Repaired my car a few years ago and overlooked a step in the process. When I told them the paint was peeling, they were apologetic, and repaired the car without any hassle. We all make mistakes. I'm always impressed when people take responsibility and rectify the issue with a smile. Would definitely recommend this business. ~Helen

Kerry's Kwik Stop

If I could give a no-star review, I would. The young lady that works there is vulgar. I decided to go there to get a mismade sandwich, and when I mentioned it, she was irate. I usually go there later in the evening. The register's people were amicable and professional. However, the young lady that refers to herself as the manager is terrible. Not professional and is losing the store business. I will not go back even though it is one of the closest stores by my house. She is judgemental, and I am a college student, so I am usually on the fly. I think she believes everyone who goes in it is homeless or something of that effect; if you're a man, she seems less rude. If they replace her, then perhaps the company will do much better. She should be supervised or not work with the public. Their food is overpriced, and they can't even make a sandwich. I would gladly drive to The Essex Colonial Mart before going back to Kerry's Kwik Stop. They might charge a little more, but excellent customer service and great sandwiches. ~J

Henry Street Deli Mart

This is the place I always go when it's only 8 AM and I'm already having a bad day, so I can't face the rest of the day without someone else making breakfast for me. Every time I go here I'm way too sleepy to even put in my order like an awake person, but every time the staff have had infinite patience with me. I'd give the service 6 stars if I could. The bagel egg and cheese sandwiches are pretty great too. ~H.A
