I'm sure the front end staff is great, but I'd recommend going to a different pharmacy if you can.

People are always nice to me and the drive through pharmacy is convenient. Feel bad that I have to give them a lower star review. Please be careful using the pharmacy. While they always give me the correct medicine, there have been times when the dosage and pill count were wrong. Check what you are given against the prescription from your doctor.

The store is nice, and the staff is nice but I don't recommend the pharmacy. They kept running out of prescriptions that I was getting regularly and had to be on to keep me alive, yet every time I asked for a refill they were out and forgot to order more. They also gave me the wrong prescription on two different occasions. I switched pharmacies and no longer have these issues, so I know it's specific to Walgreens on North Ave.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst pharmacy ever. Slow, and not helpful. I miss Rite Aid.

I would give it no stars if I could. Had my wife's medicine (pain meds) sent from the hospital to the pharmacy only to find out they are closed. They did not notify anyone and when I called asking to have it sent to another Walgreens, they made us call the hospital to do it. They lost my business for lack of communication and consideration. I'm sure I'm not the only patient who got blindsided.

I was told to Google two different cough medications. That is sold over the counter. This was from an employee that works behind the pharmacy counter. I feel so bad, for some elderly person who can't even use Google!

Pharmacy is still closed 30 mins after It’s SUPPOSED to open. Front end staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked what was going on.

I can't say about all Walgreens, but the guy pharmacist on North Ave in Burlington is horrible. They need to get rid of him if they ever want to get real business. The women there are helpful and nice. I suggest going to Hannafords pharmacy which is only a block away.

Can’t say much on the front end staff , as I haven’t had as much experience with them, I just moved here to Burlington • but the Pharmacy here on N Ave are super kind, genuinely helpful, and efficient! ‘Rachel’ in the pharmacy dept. was very helpful and kind
