These guys are obnoxious and worthless. I will use FedEx from now on! No one is ever at the front desk. They have been closed every single time I have been there this month. The employees won't even talk to you or answer a single question. They are all stuck-up. I hope they loose their jobs, they don't deserve to have them.

The tracking details of my shipment stated needs apartment number to deliver. There are no apartments on my block and my house does not look like an apartment. I've had issues before getting UPS to deliver to big bear lake, ca The service stinks in the big bear area. I think the guy just wanted to get off work on time instead of doing the job

As always. Again and again. I always have troubles with UPS deliveries. Apparently the drivers not even attempt to deliver in my address which is a senior community. They don't call to be at the gate or notify the delay of delivery and the package ends in a limbo for several days. I attempted another location which is a pharmacy and open most of the hours and not even there the package was delivered. They always have packages, but for some reason the delivery guy again never attempted. In this way the package ended again in the limbo. I called yesterday and the person who answer the phone said the package WILL BE DELIVERED today at 12pm, but that never happened. I called moments ago and finally my package appear in a UPS warehouse at the opposite side of the city. This happened several times before. I really hate the service of UPS and contrary to this I never had any troubles with Fedex deliveries from Amazon.

They Deserve No review at all they are very unprofessional, they need better workers and drivers and delivery workers there is no way my mother should pay 90 dollars for her shipment to be to her the next day and turn around the package is missing now with no clue of what happened too it .. It says online the package was out for delivery so how does the drive have rights to say the package never was in the car I feel as if they are lying and my mother needs to get more information on package .. personal belongings and now they are not in her possession I want to file a claim , sue , them get shut down this does not sit well with me

This is the last known location of my package I was supposed to have delivered yesterday, March 3rd. There have been no other updates since March 1st. I called customer service and they told me to consider it lost because there are no delays noted. I filed a claim and I am awaiting to hear what happened to my order. This is not the first time UPS has let me down.

This place is a joke. All of a sudden they are no longer holding packages for consumer pick up. Eventhough the Corporate website still shows San Bernardino as a valid pickup location. Now I have to drive forty-five minutes to get my stuff.

Any good review on here is an absolute lie. Especially recently. It must come from those paid bots that try to pad some businesses ratings. This center is absolutely terrible at delivering things. I have lost count of how many times my packages are marked "no one home to receive package" or some variation and it is not true. I have cameras and no UPS driver ever came to my door. They also claim they leave info notices when they happens but that isn't true either because they never even came to my door! I waited all day for my package (9/25/21) that said it would be delivered between 2pm and 6pm. Finally at 9:11pm it said delivery attempted and no one home. Lies!!! No one ever came to my door. Not a single person had walked by my door since 430pm when I myself walked by it to check for the package. I have cameras and I can prove this. The driver obviously didn't deliver and tried to cover up his mistake by lying and saying delivery attempted and no one home. This is a very common thing for drivers out of this hub. Also don't even bother trying to call customer service or making a complaint. They say that someone will call you and that is NOT true! No one ever calls! You will not hear from anyone after you make the complaint and the drivers will continue to lie about delivery attempts. They will never change. The management at this place is awful and practically non-existent. They don't give a damn about customers. I will never use UPS to ship any package I send out and I will try to avoid purchasing from anyone who use UPS as well. The lack of care and service is unbelievable. Terrible place! Terrible drivers! Terrible management!

GO BROWN!!! The San Bernardino hub has been around for more than a quarter of a century and there are no plans of stopping! This location serves the Citrus Valley, the Pass Area, as well as the Big Bear and Arrowhead Region!! Some of the Hardest working UPSers have started their roots in this Legendary Location. Ups is truly the worst, my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but when it was quitting time they deemed my package undeliverable and it sat at ups over the weekend because these lazy good for nothing's dont deliver on Saturdays, check tracking on monday and it says in transit? You already had my package out for delivery on Friday how is it in transit again on Monday? Called customer service and they were just as useless, basically repeating the details back to me that I can see on the tracking, no reason for why they couldn't deliver on Friday either, or why it says it's in transit again, or if I'll get my package today, if I want to pick it up instead it will be scheduled for the next day even though its just sitting there a few miles away from me... if you have a choice use FedEx, even USPS is 100x better.

We get there, first hard to find because of poor signage. Then, we walk in, no one greets us. We wait about ten minutes looking at a sign that says “Do not go past sign, do not yell, someone will be with you shortly.” Sure enough, nobody came. I had to walk past sign, go into the back, and ask for help. The guy reluctantly helped. Definitely not a good experience.
